Betrothed by the Force

Axle's POV

I am so happy. Ahsoka and I are gonna get married. We don't care about marriage by law. We will not follow the laws of the Imperials in order to be considered a couple. We decided to get married today, which is our last day on this beautiful planet in the middle of nowhere. Ahsoka and I woke up on our towels. The breeze of the early morning felt amazing. I stood up and looked at the early sunrise over the ocean. I heard the peaceful sound of birds in the distance.

Ahsoka slowly arose from her slumber. I grabbed her hand to help her up. "Today's the day." She whispered. I kissed her on the forehead, "Today's the day." Ahsoka started walking toward the water, "I'm going to wash up." I nodded and walked toward the ship.

I walked onboard the bridge and saw that Kanan was contacting me. I answered it and his hologram appeared, "Congratulations. It's your wedding day." "God....Damn it." I responded and we both laughed hard. I started to calm down, "But for real. I am one hundred percent up for this." Kanan nodded as more of the group showed up. "You got this kid." Chase and Rex said smiling. I nodded and grinned. All the others kept talking, "It's about time. I am so proud of you. Good luck Axle. Congratulations." I smiled and nodded, "Thank you. We'll see you tomorrow." I answered and ended the transmission.

I walked over to my secret compartment and opened the door. My Jedi and Sith holocrons glowed their usual colors. I grabbed them and sat down. I opened the holocrons and connected them together. I opened my eyes and looked around in the Force Gateway. "Axle." Ellisia stood there smiling. "It's good to see you Ellisia." I answered grinning. Ellisia walked closer, "I hear you will be connecting your force spirit with Ahsoka's. I am happy for you." "You know, we could use a speaker for our wedding." I asked. She nodded, "I will be happy to." I just couldn't believe all of this was happening. I don't care if we weren't getting married by law. The force has always been more important.

I woke up in our room and I walked out. I needed to get ready. Even though I have like six hours before the wedding, I need to make sure I look perfect. It's a good thing I always kept clothing for almost every occasion on this ship. I looked through the closet for something that would fit this situation. I found a perfect black suit with white underlining's inside.

I walked outside and looked around. Ahsoka was getting her own things ready for tonight. I heard a familiar sound from above. I looked to where it was coming from and I was surprised to see who it was, "Morai." The owl flew down to my arm. "It's good to see you old friend." I said as I brushed her feathers, "You just couldn't sit our wedding out could you." Moria tweeted a musical tune. I smiled and she took off flying around the beach.

Ahsoka's POV

I walked out of the ocean and back to our little camp. I looked up and saw Morai flying around. I love that bird. Both Axle and I owe her our lives. She wouldn't miss this event for the world. I walked over to the ship and looked for a perfect style for tonight.

After a long time fixing up my look, I was ready. I walked out of the refresher wearing A white gown and white plastiod armbands with golden edges. I looked around until I found a perfect golden headband. I took off my current one and put the golden band in its place.

Axle's POV

The sun was setting. I am incredibly nervous. I stood on the sand in front of the calming water. A glowing light from the ship slowly illuminated and out walked Ahsoka. She looked absolutely beautiful. She slowly made her way to my side. Another glowing light emerged behind us. We turned to see Ellisia smiling at the two of us. We grinned back. "Are you ready?" She asked. "Absolutely." I answered looking back at Ahsoka as she smiled at me, "Definitely."

Ellisia put her hands together, "You two have been at each other's side ever since you were kids. You have protected. You have fought bravely. You have learned. The universe can never keep you apart. The Wolves of the Force are the legends of our time. Tonight we celebrate the eternal bond between the Grey Wolf and the White Wolf. Axle, do you take Ahsoka Tano to be your bondage in the force? To stay by her side in sickness and in health from now until death?" I looked at Ahsoka's face, "I do." Her face lit up with joy. Ellisia faced her, "Ahsoka, do you take Axle Tinguard to be your bondage in the force? To stay by his side in sickness and in health from now until death?" Ahsoka grinned, "I do." We didn't take our eyes off each other. Ellisia held a ball of light in her hand, "I now bond your spirits in the force together. You may kiss the bride." I thought I would never hear those words. We moved in slowly. Ahsoka held my hand tightly as our lips made contact.

We broke the kiss and looked to our side. There were eyes watching and smiling. Master Yoda, Master Plo Koon, Master Kit Fisto, and even Master Obi-Wan Kenobi all stared back in their spirit forms. They all have a tender smile on their faces. Ahsoka and I looked at each other, then back towards the Jedi. All four of them had a meaning for appearing. Master Yoda who was our head mentor. Master Plo Koon who brought Ahsoka to the temple and Master Kit Fisto who brought me to the temple. Master Kenobi who was one of our closest friends from our first time as Padawans to our last time as rouge Jedi. He looks so proud and happy for us. He knew us ever since we were children and he watched us grow to become strong and mature independent people.

3RD Person

Ellisia gave one last smile towards the newly married couple, then disappeared in a bright glowing ball of light. The Jedi Masters followed and disappeared into the night. Axle and Ahsoka looked at each other and gave another long kiss. They cried tears of joy. They are finally bound together. "I love you so much." Ahsoka whispered. "I love you more." Axle replied. The sun has almost sunk to the bottom of the sea. The couple continued to kiss and started to strip off their clothes. They jumped into the water squealing and giggling.

Axle's POV

Ahsoka and I splashed all around in the water. I pulled her in close and we kissed even more. We soon calmed down and held each other in our arms. Once again, our heads were the only thing out of the water. We kissed even more passionately.

Ahsoka's POV

This is what peace was. Living my entire life with the perfect person and marrying him at the most beautiful place in the galaxy felt like a fantasy. We lead armies into battle. We made huge life changing choices. We started rebelling against injustice. We were forced apart only to be brought back together to be bonded forever. The galaxy sees us as legends. I see us as a normal couple who has been through too much pain.

Axle's POV

After spending a couple hours in the water, we walked back to our little camp. We laid down on the towels and pulled each other in close. I looked up at the billions of stars who also seemed to be in a good mood. I looked back at Ahsoka and she smiled. "What if I were to start building a little house right here for when we want to get away?" I asked, putting my arm around her. She giggled and pushed any space between our skin out of the way, "Having a vacation house on the most peaceful place in the galaxy that nobody knows about in Wild Space? Why would I say no to that?" I laughed with her as we kissed under the night sky and drifted off to sleep.
