AMNESIA (2)

"What is my name? what is my name allan?? or Stupid Sham?!" Edgar said with a frown, calling himself stupid like what Maya calls him.

"Allan what's wrong with you? do you have amnesia?! your name is Allan. We used to be a couple. Until you keep going when you get a secret task. After that you never came back again. Where have you been? and why all this happened to you, why are you hurt?" asked Indira with a look full of longing.

Edgar looked at Indira, saw Indira's eyes filled with tears.

"Assshhh!! Have I hurt this woman in the past? why is he crying and calling me Allan?!" asked Edgar in his heart, sure things would be complicated if it involved women.

Without answering Indira's words, Edgar turned to look at Maya with raised eyebrows.

"And who are you? why do you call me stupid sham?!! What's my name? Stupid Sham?!" asked Edgar, staring full at Maya's face, which was reddened with annoyance.

"I'm Maya, Stupid!! I called you Stupid because you are Stupid!!" Maya said annoyed when Edgar didn't know her.

"Maya, what happened to Allan? until he lost his memory? Didn't he just get shot in the back?" asked Indira wanting to know what had happened to Edgar.

"He did get shot in the back. The doctor himself already knew the wound was on his back. If he lost his memory, I don't know. Maybe he hit his head when he fell off the bike. And... you're a doctor right? why not check the contents of his brain." Maya said feeling annoyed with the two people in front of her.

Indira was silent for a moment then approached Edgar.

"I have to check on you for a bit." Indira said, observing Edgar's head very carefully.

"All right, once you're healthy enough. I have to check you again especially your head. You could have amnesia." Indira said with a serious face.

"I don't want you to check on me!! I don't want to be here. I just want to go home, take me away from here. I'm not used to living in a hospital!!" Edgar said with a serious face trying to get up from his spot.

"Allan!! what are you doing?! are you still hurt?! Okay!! If you don't want to, I'm fine. I can check on you when we get home. We'll go home when things get better." said Indira, unable to force Edgar's stubborn wish.

"I'm getting better and I'm okay. Take me home now, or I'll leave!" said Edgar looking at Indira and Maya's faces alternately.

"Stupid!! why are you stubborn? If something happens to you, don't bother me anymore!" Maya said with her hands on her hips then left the room to get some fresh air.

"All right, Allan, let's wait a few more hours. If you're feeling better and there's no problem, we'll go home. You can rest at my house for a few days. I hope your amnesia doesn't last long, it's only temporary." Indira said feeling that nothing had changed in him, Edgar remained stubborn and nothing could control it.

Hearing Indira's words, Edgar fell silent then lay back down and closed his eyes.

Indira took a deep breath, worried that Edgar didn't remember her at all.

Seeing Edgar sleeping, Indira left the room without intending to disturb Edgar's rest.

Hearing the sound of the bedroom door closing slowly Edgar opened his eyes with a frown. His eyes darted towards the door with a hardened look on his face.

Hearing the sound of the door opening, Edgar immediately closed his eyes again.

"I can't understand how Edgar got amnesia?! Can you hit your head by falling on the grass?" Maya said entering the room while nagging.

"Hey Stupid!! come on wake up!!" Maya called to Edgar who was closing his eyes.

Maya looked at Edgar then approached him.

"Edgar!!! get up!! did you hear me?!! Who are you??! Are you a cop named Allan or Edgar a mobster?! tell me!! don't pretend to sleep!! I'm mad at you!! You have lied to me!!" Maya said angrily pinching Edgar's stomach.

"Ouch!! sick know!! why are you pinching me? what did i do to you? why are you so mad at me?" Edgar asked while rubbing his stomach.

"Who are you?! are you really amnesiac?!! Tell me quickly?!" Maya asked, looking at Edgar's face full of annoyance.

Edgar looked at Maya with a complicated look while swallowing his saliva.

"I don't know you, who are you? and why are you yelling at me? and this!! why are you pinching me?" Edgar said while rubbing his stomach.

Maya swallowed her saliva being confused by what Edgar said. Hearing Edgar's words, Maya became doubtful about what was on her mind.

"So it's true you don't remember me? do you really have amnesia?" Maya asked with a serious face observing Edgar's face closely.

Edgar turned his face away as Maya approached him.

"What are you doing? do you want to kiss me now?" asked Edgar while covering his mouth.

Maya's face turned red and she sat back upright with her back straight with a look that couldn't be separated from Edgar's face.

"I can't believe you lost your memory." Maya said with a suspicious look.

Edgar intended to reply to Maya's words but fell silent again when he saw Indira enter the room and approach him.

"Are you awake Allan? How are you now? does your wound still hurt?" asked Indira while standing next to Allan with great attention.

"Can I go home now?" Edgar asked, unable to stay longer with someone he didn't know rather than cause new problems.

Indira took a deep breath then checked Edgar's pulse.

"I've solved the Administration problem, we'll be home soon. Father is still on his way." Indira said while removing Edgar's IV needle.

Edgar felt relieved after Indira removed the IV needle.

Seeing Edgar obey Indira, Maya swallowed her saliva. For some reason there was something else in her heart.
