Once upon a millennium ago, there was a Gunsmith from Hell, and he made hellish guns with abilities that were beyond human: Hellfire Arms. Of course, using these guns required a certain price: the human soul

But a "mishap" in Hell has caused many of the Arms to drop in the east coast city of Morissey, where not everyone is exactly a saint

In this fantastical representation of 1940's America, private investigator Chance Gordon works with the city's finest in order to get the Hellfire Arms back where they belong before the human race is slaughtered by Hellfire.

Bullets will be exchanged, and bodies will hit the floor.

Drip Work

Not a single soul. Not a single human recognized Valefar, in Morrisey, Harbour City or Oyster Bay. The civilians didn't recognize him, celebrities didn't recognize him, nor did their trusted associates or servants if any. The mayor of Morissey didn't recognize him.

Even President Newman himself didn't recognize him.

Valefar spent most of his vacation on Earth, within his human disguise that was businessman George Vale, although there have been other disguises that he had used throughout his time relaxing, such as the self-proclaimed millionaire Clyde Trafford, or the all-seeing psychic Alexander.

He definitely loved that disguise of the latter, using his powers to an extent to read people's minds and thoughts, as well as giving some predictions on their future, somewhat.
