"Kumar kaka is maintaining this house who had been working under my grandfather for 40 years. He is trust worthy, living alone with his wife here and my grandfather asked him to maintain this house. We rarely come here, once or twice in month"

But...this looks like a villa. The engineer who designed the house must be a fan Harry potter. The Hall is so long and spacious and the wall with numerous paintings hanging resembles Hogwarts. We need walk at least half kilometre from one end of hall to the other.
