Kemi stood by the window in her room tapping it, she

watched the rain pour down heavily, Kemi! Kemi

Sewa called, she looked back and smiled when did you

get here, not long are you alright? I'm fine, you don't

look fine what's the matter? I've just been thinking,

thinking of what? I think I should quit modelling.

way back home, I'm not leaving Lagos we can still see

everyday, we can't stay together again I'll miss your

card, mom I have you 10 that's enough I don't want to

many people at my wedding, 20 is too small I have

many friends and I can't invite one and not invite the

to book hotel for just 20 of her friends, but you

invitation card? It's a Nigerian wedding and you know

how our mom's can be they'll want to invite everyone

his number isn't going through, where did he say he'll

be, at the office, call his office or PA.

good evening are you with Xavier, no ma'am he left

the office very early today, did he tell you where he'll

be, he said he was going home, oh alright thanks, she

hung up.

He lied to me again, she said smiling, why are you

smiling? Do you rather I cry instead, I'm not saying

number isn't going through let's just go home he'll call.

She laid on her bed looking at the ceilling, she looked

at the time on her phone some minutes after 11 she

dialed Xavier's number again this time he picked.

hung up. She stood up and ran out of her room to tell

cabinet in his room, I better do all of this before she
