Chapter 98 - Something that Changes Everything

It had been a while since they had been to a bar, listened to drunkards' gibberish, tussled with the smell of alcohol, sweat and burning torches hung on the wall. So as they sat at the corner with the wine gourd in their hands, Dek and Giston tried to enjoy this free night that they were sure not to have in many days to come.

"The Dragon Lord was the worse, his time was no good at all!" One person from some tables shouted and the whole bar listened in. His statement had hit a public topic, a discussion for all.

"Terrible! No mercy at all." Another said from some tables away.

Giston and Dek listened quietly, a banter was sure to ensue soon that if it doesn't get violent.

"But this is even worse. I have never seen a time like this in my entire life." Someone sighed in frustration and many agreed.

"The DL's time was certainly better."

"Better?!"

"Then - little bad, now - big bad."

They started talking over each other at that point.

"Little bad...big bad...all bad."
