On Diamant's 14th birthday, the strangest thing happened. A witch had almost killed her while warning her to stay away from the past. "As King, will you..." The one appointed to do the crowning started to say but Diamant was more concerned about Sunain who seemed pretty uneasy next to her. 


"Don't worry." She caressed her hand and whispered. "Lord Lewis has gone to the palace to see if there is any message. Everything is probably fine." 


Sunain nodded then offered her a small smile. 


Diamant looked forward again to see that the crowning was still going on. 


At that moment, Lewis arrived with a message, handed it over to Diamant before taking his seat. 


"Extensive search conducted. Traitors not in sight. Shall we return?" 


Diamant rolled up the paper and put it back into the container. 


She looked at Sunain who was seated next to her, staring at her expectantly with her big worried eyes. 


She gave a subtle nod and Sunain sighed lightly in relief before resting back in her seat.
