Chapter15. Upside Down

Will was the one who drove me to school that day and when the classes were over the family limousine was waiting for me at the exit and Elaine was in the car waiting for me to go shopping.

Shopping with my mother-in-law was an ordeal. Elaine was unhappy with almost any item I tried, having negative comments about almost anything from the texture of the material to the color or print. "Please, ma'am, don't touch anything. You tell me what you need and I will serve you. ”

I had never spoken to her before, so I didn't know her name and that was also due to the fact that no one bothered to introduce us or to introduce me to the staff who worked in the house.

"What's your name?"
