Training Begins

Location: Roxan's Bathroom

POV: Alex

'What is Cosmic Earth' I thought, questioning Dezzoassol in my mind. 'Cosmic Earth is like a regular earth attribute but is capable of becoming hundreds of times stronger'

I just contemplated on what Dezzoassol had told me he continued to speak to me 'It allows you to control earthly matter existing in the cosmos such as rocky celestial bodies, interstellar dust or any other celestial earthly related matter, including planets, moons, asteroid belts, meteors, etc.'

'So I can destroy an entire planet with it' 'Yes you can but only after you reach a cultivation of Rank-S or higher if not the pressure of any Cosmic Earth spell would destroy your body' hearing this I realized that if I wanted to use the most precious treasure i have on hand I would have to train even harder so that my body wouldn't be destroyed.

Then I slowly came to realize that I was looking at myself in the mirror. While looking at myself in the mirror I realized that my face was more defined, my skin became clearer and the muscles on my body had become more defined than I have ever had them. Looking I came to the realization that this was the product of cultivating 'Demons Darkness'.

After getting over the product of my cultivation I placed my hand under the faucet and poured water in my hands. I then proceeded to splash my face with the water and dried it. I then opened the door and left back towards the living room.

Location: Roxan's Living Room

On my way to the living room I heard dad ask Roxan if we could use her Battle room. "Do you think we can use your Combat Room" "Sure go ahead I don't really use it anymore" "Thank you"

Then I walked into the living room just after my dad had thanked her. "Hey Alex" "Yes dad" "Roxan let us borrow her Combat Room so that you can practice without damaging the surrounding are too badly" "Ok dad, but on another note what is a Combat Room"

"A Combat Room is just a area that you can use to practice your magic and double as a cultivation room and depending on the quality of the Combat Room you can use it to better advance your magic faster along with the monster cores"

"Alright let's head to the combat room" said dad back to me. We then started walking away from the living room toward a bookshelf. Dad than pulled on one of the books and the bookshelf slowly slid open to reveal stairs going down. We began walking down and after about 20 steps I started to see a speck of light at the end of the tunnel. Another 30 steps and we came face to face with a door that looked to be made of pure metal. Dad then began pushing the door open and I saw an entire flat room that looked to be stretched over several hundred meters in all directions.

"Ok how do we start?" I said in an ecstatic tone of voice.

POV: Henry

I couldn't help but grin at his excited face because I knew he would be trying to kill me if I told him what we had to do.

"Alright Alex I have everything you need to start learning the first form 'Skin Breaker Form' " while I said that I pulled a bucket full of fish guts and a rope from my storage ring that doubled as my wedding ring. The look he gave me of fear when I pulled out the Bucket and rope almost made me laugh out loud.

5 Minutes Later

I laughed as I heard Alex yell at me while being tied to a tree. "What the hell is the point of this" "This is to spin you around until you vomit" "WHAT" "The more I spin you around and the more you go around and puke will build up your motion sickness resistance so that you don't get nauseous when you spin around in the 'Skin Breaker Form' ".

Ignoring his next plead I began spinning him by using my a small wind spell called 'Tempe-rd Air' while throwing fish guts at him. I allowed him every once in awhile to stop spinning so that he can throw up everything.

1 Hour Later

POV: Alex

When dad finally cut me down I collapsed on my knees and continued to throw up before hearing him say. "Take 10 and I'll begin teaching you the 'Skin Breaker Form' "

After telling me this I just rolled over and laid down on the ground. I then got up and started gargling water to get rid of the vomit taste in my mouth, and before I knew it I heard dad say "Come on brakes over get up hear"

Walking over to dad he began to tell me about the 'Skin Breaker Form'.

POV: 3rd Person

"The 'Skin Breaker Form' is keyed into 2 factors: the rotation of the user and the precision of the cuts. The reason it only breaks the skin is that it was designed to maximize the pain received by the target." as Alex heard this he called out to his dad "Dad I was wondering if you use the 'Skin Breaker Form' with other weapons apart from swords"

"Yes you can use a variety of different bladed weapons like scythes" hearing this Alex realized he could use a different weapon for different ranges.

Henry then proceeded to put Alex in the right position with two iron blades to use. "Now when you start spinning I want you to embed magic into the blades so that you build momentum"

Realizing that it was harder than it seemed Alex realized he was in for a long while.
