Day 36 Simpkins is Free

Her mourning is never yet over, Early this morning she went in the tomb of Sergeant Herrera that she make she put a cross and his name chiseled in the stone. She brings flowers for him and just like when the day Sergeant Herrera is in a stage of coma she keeps on talking to him, just like an ordinary day, as if he was there, she could still his presence, she senses that as if he is alive. She keeps Sergeant Herrera alive in her heart and mind. She could still feel his touch, his arms that holding her, those embraces that wrapping her in the cold night and the kisses that taste like a sweet cherry blossom that glows in spring.

The reality is that she will grieve forever and soon she will learn to live with it. She knows for herself that soon she will heal and rebuild her life again.
