Chapter 10
Everyone was shocked except Sozen and Shiori.
"W-what!?" Aiko said
"Like she said before, we made a deal that if she recognized your strengths she would join." Sozen said
"And if she didnt?" asked Ume
"Let's not talk about that one.." he said
"Anyway why do we even need another person!!" Aiko said
"Have you seen her power?" he asked
"Yeah, she was quite strong" Sho said
"You barely defeated her" Sozen said "Imagine the other servants and the Demon Lord"
"Yeah, we would get annihilated" Celes said
"That's why we need all the help we could get" Sozen said. "Besides we dont know where the other divine weapons are"
"And we also know that they're being hunted" Tranzarus said.
"We need to find them before the Demon Lord and his servants do" he said "Luckly Shiori knows where one of them is"
"So that's why you asked her to join" Ume said
"Yeah" Sozen said
"Well that's all, we're going to rest" Aiko said and left the room.
"Its night time already" Ume said and left
"Goodnight" Celes said and left
Sho was about to leave but Sozen stopped him.
"I wanted to speak with both of you" Sozen said.
Sho sat down.
Sozen went to close the door.
"Anyway, so the three of us are from the other world" Sozen said
Sho and Shiori nodded.
"How did you reincarnate Shiori?" he asked
"Well when I died in the other world I woke up us a baby in this world" she said
"Hm? I just woke up with the same body" Sho said "Sozen did too"
"I've been thinking that they're might be some others from the other world as well." Sozen said "Tranzarus"
Tranzarus was laying down on the bed "Yeah?"
"Your previous master was from another world right?" Sozen asked
"Yeah I think so" she said
"Were the other divine weapons's master from another world aswell?" He asked
"Well, they were born in this world but they had memories from your world" Tranzarus said
"Y-yeah" Silver said appearing under the bed "my master was born here, but he had memories from another world"
"I've been wondering, who can use a divine weapon?" Sozen said
"Well duh, the chosen ones" Tranzarus said
Shiori thought about it. "So you mean the ones from the other world?"
"Exactly, so then can the Demon Lord use it?" he asked
"Nope, of course he cant" Tranzarus said
"But what if hes from our world? Would he be able to use it?" Sozen asked
"Well you said that being the chosen one meant being from another world, so yeah" Silver said
"So then, why is the Demon Lord trying to gather the divine weapons?" asked Sozen
Sho thought about it and realized "Hes trying to use them! Hes from another world!"
"Exactly" Sozen said.
"So the Divine Weapons Users and the Demon Lord are from another world!?" Silver said
"Yeah, but it's just a theory" Sozen said
"We wont know until we meet him"
"Yeah hes right" Sho said
"Anyway enough talk we should go to sleep" Shiori said
"Yeah, we will to train tomorrow" Sozen said
"Train?" Asked Sho
"Yep, so goodnight" Shiori left
"Goodnight Sho and Silver" Sozen said
"Goodnight" Sho and Silver said and they both left.
"Now then.." he looked at Tranzarus laying on his bed fast asleep.
He laid next to her and fell asleep.
The next day.
Everyone was standing in a line outside.
Sozen and Shiori were talking.
"Hey! Why are we here?" said Aiko
"Oh, yeah" Shiori said "Today all of you will train!"
"What!?" They said
"Like she said, all of you will train" Sozen said
"But train what?" Ume said
"Well... Sozen improved your fighting so I'll help you improve your magic" Shiori said
"Our magic?" asked Sho
"Yeah! Weapons arent the only form of fighting!" Shiori said
"And what will Sozen do?" Celes said
"I'm going to do a quest" Sozen said and left
"You know what type of quet is he going?" asked Ume
"Nope, I have no idea" Shiori said "But he told me that it was easy"
"So it's super dangerous, got it" Aiko said
"Typical of Sozen" Celes said
"Anyways enough of Sozen!" Shiori said "Let's start!"
"Yeah!"
With Sozen and Tranzarus.
"So what are we doing?" Tranzarus asked
"Why did you bring Mi with us?" Sozen asked
"Why not?" Tranzarus
"S-sorry" Mi said
"Its fine, dont worry" Sozen said
"What's the quest?" Asked Tranzarus
"I'll show you at the guild" he said
"There's a guild!?" Tranzarus said suprised
"Obviously, we don't always receive quests from the royal family" he said
They entered the guild.
There was a lot of adventurers talking, eating, choosing quests...
"Oh Sozen" the guild employee said
"Is that quest still available?" He asked
"Yeah, you want to be assigned to it?" The employee asked
"Yep, with these two" he said
"With who?" asked confused the employee
Sozen turned around, Tranzarus and Mi were talking to some adventurers.
Sozen sighed and walked to them.
"Yeah, we defeated-" Sozne pulled her ear "Oww!" She turned around "What did you do that for?!"
Sozen was annoyed "I told you to not separate from me, you could have endangered Mi"
The adventurer that Tranzarus was talking to came to Sozen.
"Hey could I talk to you?" He asked
"Sure?" Sozen said
They talked alone.
"I want you to give me her" he said
"Give who?" asked Sozen confused
"Those two!" The adventurer said "They're so cute!"
Sozen was silent.
"I'll give them to you for 5 gold coins" he said "Maybe 7"
"Whta did you say?" Sozen said
The adventurer got scared.
"You treat human lives as merchandise?" Sozen was serious
"T-theyre slaves right?" He said
"Of course they're-"
"Shut up" Sozen said "Slaves are still humans not merchandise"
Sozen walked off.
"I'll get them!" The adventurer swore
"Of course, I'll give you one try" Sozne said as he walked off back to those two.
"What were you talking about?" asked Tranzarus
"Nothing important" Sozen smiled "Let's go you two, we have a quest to do"
An hour walking through the forest.
They arrived to a cave.
"What are we doing here?" asked Tranzarus
"We're here to collect some type of crystals" He said
"A-and why was this quest class adamantite?" asked Mi
"Because of the beast inside this cave" he said "they say it's quite dangerous, it's almost as powerful as that dragon we slained"
"What!? You're joking" Tranzarus said
"Nope, that's why I brought.." he pulled out from his backpack... Shiro!
"Y-you brought him?" Tranzarus said
"Yep, we forgot about him when we fought the dragon and also when they fought Shiori" Sozen said while petting it
"C-can I ask Mr. Sozen why is this cat special?" said Mi
"You'll find out" Sozen said
They entered the cave.
It had a lot of colourful crystals, they continued walking until they arrived to a big open area of the cave.
"Come on Sozen time to gather the crystals" Tranzarus said
"Well the thing is, the quest is not about gathering these crystals..." Sozen said
Suddenly a golem covered in crystals walked to them.
"Its those crystals" Sozen pointed at the golem
"Oh c'mon!" Tranzarus said
"Shiro attack!" Sozen shouted
Shiro became big and started attacking the golem.
"Will he be enough?" Tranzarus said
"Hell be fine-"
Shiro got thrown to the wall behind them.
"Tranzarus protect Mi" Sozen said and rushed in with another sword.
Sozen blocked the first attack but the second one he got knocked back.
"Why did you choose this quest?" Tranzarus said
"Yeah, it was probably a mistake" Sozen said
Shiro jumped on it and scratched the golem making a few crystals fall to the floor.
"Its time for the final blow!" Sozen said "Come to me Tranzarus"
Tranzarus appeared on Sozen's hand as a sword.
"Stay back Mi" Sozen said
She backed up.
Sozen started preparing the attack while Shiro distracted the golem.
In just a few seconds... they were ready
"Reality Breaker!" They both attacked.
They sliced through the golem, it shattered like glass.
"Uff" Sozen said "We did great"
"Yeah!" Tranzarus said
"Meow" Shiro said
While they were gathering the crystals, Mi looked in amazement.
"Woow, they're so cool!" Mi said with stars on her eyes
"Hey Mi could you help?" Asked Sozen
"S-sure!" She went to them.
A few hours later.
They came back to the mansion.
"Hey, we're back" Sozen said
"I need some sweets" Tranzarus said
"I'm hungry.." Mi said while carrying Shiro
"Oh hey you're back" Shiori said
"How did the training go?" Sozen asked
"Well..."
They walked to a room where everyone was sleeping.
"They got tired very quick" Shiori said
"Well how long did they last?" Sozen asked
"4 hours" she said
"I see.." Sozen said
"Anyways I'm gonna rest, there should be some food downstairs" Shiori went to her room.
"You two go eat downstairs" Sozen said
"What about you Mr. Sozen?" asked Mi
"I'll be a few minutes later" he said
"Let's go Mi" Tranzarus held her hand and off they went with Shiro following behind them.
"Now then... time to carry them" Sozen said
He carried each one to their room, lastly it was Aiko
He placed her in bed, he was about to leave but a hand grabbed him.
"Aiko?" Said Sozen
"Sozen~" she was sleep talking
"Shes dreaming about me?" Said Sozen
He kissed her forehead "You all worked great today" he smiled and left her room.
