"Child, have you done it?" a deep voice belonging to a male spoke out.

"Yes, father. The dumb Griffin seemed to have given me his trust. I used his kindness against him by making him pity me. The story I made up about how I was mistreated seemed to have convinced him. However, I still need to secure it more. Worry not, I have a plan," the other person spoke up. The voice belonged to a female.

"Very well done, my dear daughter. And the girl?"

"The girl I shall deal with. Do not worry, father. I will make sure to do my best to make the Griffin distrust her as much as possible. It is proven to be quite difficult as she kept on being nice to him but I will manage, as always,"
