Chapter 47 : Problem Solved

"Let my arm go, please," Lyte tried to ask the waitress to let go of his arm as politely as he could muster.

The waitress responded to his request by tugging his arm closer to her chest and pouted at him. It seemed like she was trying her best to act like a cute puppy who only wanted attention from her master and nothing else.

Lyte was feeling uncomfortable and he did the only thing any drowning man would do - get a good hold onto something solid and never let go for dear life. He pulled away the hand Lisa was holding, much to her dismay, but what he did next shocked her. Lyte decided to wrap his free arm around Lisa's waist and held it firmly there. A crimson blush could be seen creeping up Lisa's face and Dawn was there oohing at the whole situation.

"I would have to ask you again to please release my arm. I really have to be going," Lyte was gritting his teeth now, annoyance that none of his companions had ever seen before showing.
