Chapter 53 : The Search Begun

Somewhere in a part of the forest near the town was a small cave well hidden from the world. The opening of the cave had many vines growing from the top and they covered almost the whole entrance of the cave mouth like a veil. There were shrubs growing around the cave and the moss on the stone surfaces made them blend in with the nature around. If one did not pay attention, the cave seemed to be another slope that lead to a higher part of the forest.

Inside the dark cave, a girl was unconscious. Thankfully, there was a blanket below her, protection her delicate skin from the unforgiving and cold surface of the dirt floor. She looked so peaceful although there were a pack of wolves surrounding her. Most were asleep as well but some of them were wide awake, keeping an eye on the girl to make sure she did not run away. If she under any circumstances was gone before their pack leader returned, they would have serious consequences to face.
