Chapter 113 : City Of Mages

The four got to the City Of Mages a little over 7 pm. They went ahead and had dinner at an Italian restaurant they came across. Surprise, surprise, Snow knew the owner of that restaurant as well and got them a nice table easily there that normal people would have had to make reservations months in advance to get a table. During dinner, Dawn began the conversation about where they would be staying for the night.

"So, Lyte. I think you should tell your teacher that we aren't going to stay at his house. Jack might get another panic attack and Snow looked like she's more than willing to skin that man alive," Dawn whispered the last part to Lyte to avoid getting overheard but failed.

"You are correct about the skinning part. Someone who locks another's power illegally should be punished by law, especially since the victim is a Keeper. He should be glad Lyte knows him or else he would be dead as soon as Jack calmed down from that panic attack,"
