<p>When Lyte arrived at school, his mother dragged him quickly to his classroom since they were already quite late. She knocked on the door gently and greeted the teacher inside the classroom. The teacher whipped her head around to look at the two at the door to her classroom. She scowled when she saw Lyte but her scowl quickly turned into the sweetest fake smile the boy had ever seen when her eyes landed on the person he was with.</p>

<p>Lyte greeted his teacher and proceeded to sit down on his desk as instructed by her. He could tell that the teacher was not pleased that one, he was late for school and two, her class had been disrupted so she had to pause for a moment just to deal with his issue. He knew she was going to pick on him for the rest of the class that day - if not for the rest of the year - and he was not looking forward to it.</p>
