Chapter three

The next morning my sister and I were not on speaking terms, but since it was summer and she had a summer job she has to drop us at Ben ten's house for him to watch over us for a while. When we got in the car she whispered under her breath "I hate you." "What was that? I couldn't hear you." I sneered "I said I hate this." she replied, "that's what I thought." I said with a smile. She's the older sister yet she's still scared of me, that's fun.

"Get down quickly please or I'm going to be late." she said "or are you scared that Noah will see you in your uniform and has no makeup?" I asked "shut up and go!" she said, when I closed the door she drove off to her work leaving me and ben ten...wait where IS ben ten? "If you're looking for me I'm opening the door." I heard him say, I just looked at him as if he had grown 2 heads "Well, get in." he said opening the door for me "thanks ben ten." I said and walked in.

"AH!" Noah's screech sounded so much like a girl I almost thought ben ten's mom came back from the US already "Noah? You good bro?" I asked looking at him while trying to stop my laughter "yeah, no one just informed me that you guys will be home so early." he said, "why o you scream like a god damn girl though?" I asked while laughing "oh shut up!" he said then walked away to the guess room. "Oh my god, my stomach hurts." I said still laughing "here drink water." ben ten handed me a cold drink "thanks." I said, "you really do care about me don't you?" I teased "hahaha what movie do you want to watch?" he asked "thriller?" I suggested "no" he rejected "fine what do YOU want to watch?" I asked "uh The Grinch?" he asked, I looked at him in confusion "IT IS THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER, yet you wanna watch the Grinch?" I asked and he just nodded "ok?" I agreed still confused.

The movie was boring in summer so I just fell asleep while leaning on Ben ten, I felt someone shaking me "What do you want?" I asked "get up I need to pee." he said, "Shoots sorry." I straighten my body and he walked to the bathroom while I took my phone. "ZEN ZEN!!" I heard him shout "What?!?!" I asked still sitting down in the living room "SHUT UP!" I heard Noah shout "ok, I'm sorry." I said and walked closer to Noah's room "WHAT DO YOU WANT BEN TEN?!" I asked, "OH MY GOD SHUT UP!" Noah opened the door and hit me with his pillow, we both burst out laughing "ZEN ZEN!!" ben ten shouted I walked to the door of his bathroom "what?" I asked "In the kitchen." he called "when did you get there?" I asked "when you were on your phone, now do you want some cake?" he asked "Yeah sure." I answered.

"You better not be eating my- WHY ARE YOU EATING MY CAKE?!?!" Noah shouted, "ITS OUR CAKE NOW!" Ben ten and I ran to his room with the cake. "BOTH OF YOU WILL NOT GET A-" "Noah why are you shouting?" I heard someone ask "Zehna and Benjamin too-" he was cut off once again "Zehna is here?" I heard the voice asked "can someone let me finish what I'm going to say? But yes Z is here." Noah said "Auntie! I knew that voice sounded very familiar." I said giving her a quick hug "mom? You back early." ben ten said then hugging his mom "yeah, but our dad wanted to stay there a little longer so he won't be back until next week." she said, "you left him in Pennsylvania all by himself?" Ben ten asked "yeah he will be ok, don't worry." she answered.

Auntie Grace and I were thinking about what to make dinner when my sister arrived "oh, auntie nice to see you again" my sister says with a smile" you too Ri, you and your sister look so much more alike since the last I have seen you." Aunt grace complimented "mom stop acting like you haven't seen them in forever" Ben ten complained from behind us "it has been forever son." she replied "you haven't seen them in about 2 and a half months..just 2 and a half months mom, that isn't forever." ben ten "informed" us...as if we didn't know. "Oh hush it and help us prepare the table for diner." I said handing ben ten 5 plates "right, you should stay for dinner too." Aunt Grace says "why not, is there anything I could help with?" she asked, "Auntie grace wanted to try your signature homemade pasta and it's not that late yet we can still make it." I suggested while giving her an apron to wear "thank you, and if Aunt Grace wants to try my pasta then ill make it but I'm going to need your help Z." she smiled "sure." I agreed "both of you are just like your mother and me when we were teens like you, she liked to cook and I like to help." Aunt Grace said while handing us flour "really?" I asked then handed the flour to my sister "yes, ill tell you about it later, for now, ill leave you two to make your pasta, if you need anything ill to be with Ben." she says leaving the kitchen.

"I'm so sorry for what I said last night, I was just mad and-" Ri cuts me off by saying "I know you, I hurt someone you care about and I know how you are very protective of the that's why you say things that you probably didn't mean. I'm sorry too." she said hugging me "well then now that's settled should we continue making pasta before everyone starve to death?" I say and she just nodded.
