Rosalinda realized they arrived to a Korean restaurant, once she snapped from her thoughts and looked more closely at her surroundings. She raised a brow at the selection and looked over at Alistair.
"Never had Korean before..." She mumbled softly, as he got out and walked around, and opened the door for her.
"It's good! I've had it a couple of times and was never disappointed by the results. Some things are an acquired taste but in all honestly it's good from the first bite." He told her, as she began to pull herself out, but he quickly took both her hands and helped her out.
"I gotcha," he said, as the woman blushed a little and looked at him. He gave a small, but genuine, smile, causing the woman to blush more.
'Jesus, does he always have to look good.' She thought, as the man laughed loudly and looked at her.
"Well, I try to look good around a beautiful woman." He laughed, as Rosalinda's eyes widened, not realizing she said that aloud.
"Oh Lord! Forget I said anything!" She gasped, as the man continued to laugh and hold her hand, as they headed into the restaurant.
"Why?! You're really boosting my ego here!" He joked with laughter, and opened the door for her, as he led her inside and to the hostess.
"Hamelton," He told the woman with a small chuckle, as Rosalinda stared at her shoes in embarrassment. The hostess nodded and led them to a secluded area in the restaurant, and seated them.
"Your server will be right over." She told them, and handed them each a menu and walked off.
"So, I'm just gonna get what you're getting." Rosalinda said, and set her menu down, as the man chuckled. He continued to look over the menu, as their waiter came over, and eyed Rosalind a little and giving her a small smirk. The woman simply raised her right brow a bit, as Alistair stared at the man, his knuckles turning a little white.
"Can we get a bottle of your best Muscato?" He interrupted the man's trance, as he quickly fixed himself and wrote down the order.
"S-sure I'll be right back to take your orders." He mumbled and scurried off, as Rosalinda shook her head with a small laugh.
"That's not funny. You're on a date with me." Alistair growled, as Rosalinda was a bit taken back by his attitude, as she shook her head and sighed.
"Well, no shit, Sherlock. I'm simply laughing at the man. What? Are you jealous? You're turning a little green." She joked and laughed a little more. Alistair stood up and walked up behind her, leaning down to her ear. The woman shivered a little, as his lips brushed against the shell of her ear.
"Damn right. You are on a date with me. Don't encourage some... boy." He breathed huskily against her ear and bit the lobe a little, causing the Maltese woman to jump and audibly gasp in her seat. The millionaire smirked and headed back to his seat, and sat down as the waiter came back.
He set down two wine glasses and pour a bit in each glass. He then set the bottle in an ice bucket, as it sat in a rack beside them.
"Ready?" He asked with a smile, his eyes lingered on Rosalinda a little longer, then turned to Alistair.
"Yes," he growled a bit and picked up his menu.
"Bulgogi for the both of us with white rice." He told him venomously, slammed his menu closed, and grabbing Rosalinda's. He shoved both into the waiter's arms and made a hand gesture to shoo him off. The man quickly nodded and raced off, and almost tripped over another waitress with food in her arms.
Rosalinda looked at Alistair, her cheeks turning a bit red.
"What the hell?! That was unnecessary! There was no need to be so rough! I'm not on a date with him and I'm not enticing any ideas with him! Stop being jealous, we're not even a couple!" She harshly whispered, getting louder at the end. The man tightened his jaw and leaned against the table a little, leaning towards her.
"Is this not enough to be "boyfriend material"? What? Do I need to buy you a car? Or-or how about a house, huh? Why am I not good enough?!" He slammed his fist on the table with a raised voice. Rosalinda quickly grabbed both wine glasses to make sure they wouldn't fall, as her cheeks began to turn a bit red.
She noticed a few stares turned their way from the sudden rise in their voices and the bang on the table.
"M-maybe because I don't know what it is like to date and it scares me!" She harshly whispered between her teeth. She grabbed her glass of wine and took a large gulp from it to calm her nerves a bit. The man's eyes widened a bit in shock from her confession, then he slumped back in his seat, and looked down at his hands that were now in his lap.
"Oh," is all the man could reply with. Rosalinda scoffed, sat back in her seat, and crossed her arms and legs.
"Yeah. "Oh". And I don't want your fucking money either! I'm interested in the person's personality and how they treat others." She emphasize the last two words, and squinted her eyes at him, as he cleared his throat a little.
"Well look, I didn't mean-" the man was interrupted when their food arrived, and thanks the man softly, as Rosalinda smiled and thanked him as well. The man smiled and nodded, as he headed off at a normal pace this time, not in fear. They both began to eat, the tension in the air between the two couldn't even be broken by the scrapping of their forks and knives on the plate.
"Look," Rosalinda sighed, as the male looked up and stopped eating for a moment.
"Let's just continue on with the night and not ruin it anymore, alright?" She offered with a smile, the man melted at the thought and look, unable to not smile back and nod in agreement.
The two went back to eating, the silence a little more bearable by getting over that awkward moment they had. Once they finished up, Alistair paid for the check, and put the napkin from his lap on his now empty plate.
Alistair quickly took her hand when they stood up, and led her out of the restaurant, smiling a bit from her not pulling away from his touch his time. But Rosalinda on the other hand almost wanted to. Her brain screamed out in fear from what happened before from going out with him the first two times. Having a panic attack from being forced into another deal she may possibly never be taken out of.
"So, do you like art?" He asked, as the woman laughed a little, thankfully interrupted from her thoughts.
"Love it, actually. My dad was a bit of a painter before everything happened." She smiled sadly, as Alistair stopped in his tracks and looked at the woman. He then pulled her into a hug, and shocked her for a moment, but hugged him back a bit. They pulled away when a car began to beep at them, as they stood in the middle of the parking lot. The two jumped away and quickly moved, but laughed at the moment, forgetting about the sadness.
They got back into the car and talked about anything that came to their mind to get to know one another a bit better.
Rosalinda learned that Alistair had a twin brother and a younger sister pursing their own smaller companies, and learned about both of his parents and their personalities. She discovered that their marriage was arranged one, but they both fell in love with one another in the end, and have been happily married for almost thirty years.
After she learned a bit about Alistair's parent's love story they finally pulled up to the closed museum. It would be closed for just the two of them, as they would be able to explore on their own, as Alistair reserved it for tonight. Alistair ran around to her side as she began to open the door, but he quickly opened it the rest of the way.
"I got it! I got it! Damn, can't women let a man be a gentleman and open doors for them." He grumbled playfully, as Rosalinda laughed and took his open hand. He closed the door and led them inside, as Alistair showed the pass for the reservations to the security guard at the door, allowing them to go in.
Rosalinda sighed once they walked into the empty museum. She didn't have to worry to go to another banquet with a whole bunch of strangers again and could enjoy the art.
The two began to walk around, enjoying each other's company and playfully making fun of the art.
"I mean! How can someone just make a whole bunch of money off of painting lines!" Rosalinda laughed, as Alistair followed along in the laughter and shrugged.
"Guess cause their name is famous?" He snickered as Rosalinda rolled her eyes.
"I mean! That's like me putting a dirty shoe on display and calling it 'A Hard Worker's Boot' and making MILLIONS off of it!" She laughed, as they continued onto the next couple of pieces.
The two began to feel more comfortable in each other's presence, as Rosalinda allowed Alistair to wrap his arm around her waist and hold her closer. Rosalinda didn't budge from the close contact and continued to talk about the pieces like she was an art critic of some sort.
Alistair was more interested at staring at the woman beside him with a large smile and smiling wider at her laugher. It was so contagious and he couldn't help but lean in and cut her off mid-sentence as he gently pressed his lips against her own.
Rosalinda froze for a moment, unsure of what to do, but couldn't react until he pulled away, biting his bottom lip softly.
"Sorry, that was foolish of me. I should've warned you firs-" Rosalinda cut the male off as she kissed his lips softly like he just did, as the man leaned into it more and deepened it.
Wrapping his arms around her waist, she did the same but around his neck. He dipped her a little, as he couldn't get enough of her lips, like a drug he's been doing for years. He licked her bottom lip after a moment, as Rosalinda allowed him inside to explore her mouth, as he tasted a bit of the dinner they just ate, causing her to smile a little.
Her smiles quickly turned into soft moans when he nibbled on her bottom lip. This only grew the lust he was feeling, as he began to kiss down her jawline and neck, as a string of moans continued to fall from her lips.
Rosalinda didn't realize Alistair was leading her back to a wall, until she felt the cool surface. The man broke away from her neck and looked at her with darkly hooded eyes. Rosalinda bit her lip hard, and gripped his shoulders a bit when he hoisted her up the wall. She quickly wrapped his legs around his waist tightly, as Alistair gripped her bottom tightly.
He slowly leaned back in, biting and kissing her neck a bit more. The woman moaned and arched her back, and pushed her chest into him. This really got Alistair going when her hips began to make a circular motion, both letting out a moan at the soft grinding.
He pushed against her harder, gripping her butt a bit more, as he enjoyed how the thickness of it just slipped between his fingers. Taking the reins, he began to grind a bit harder, as more moans began to come out louder and a bit more hoarse from their actions.
After a moment the male stopped and looked at her, her face was pointed up at the ceiling and her chest rose and fell fast from their actions.
Alistair smirked and pulled them away from the wall, his hands still under her ass. He began to carry her away from the artwork and towards the doors.
"Where are we going?" She asked softly and breathlessly, and looked up at him. He looked down at her with a wide grin and lust- filled eyes.
"Back to someone's house," he said back softly in a husky voice, as the woman noticeable shivered from the sound. He opened the large wooden doors with his back and carried Rosalinda out to the car.
He set her down in the passenger's seat, and shut the door for her once she was comfortable. He quickly got into his side and began to drive off, unable to keep his hands off of her, as his hand rested on her thigh.
His thumb rubbed up and down a little, as his hand was closer to her intimate parts and on the inside of her thigh. He watched her from the corner of his eye, her breathing quickened from the action. The small amount of teasing drove her nuts from how close he was, but also far from where she wanted his hand.
Rosalinda couldn't help but react and squirm a bit to the touch, as she's never felt this kind of lust for someone before. She wanted him to touch and kiss her more again, as she realized why people love intimate touch so much. She tried to relax back in her seat, as she clenched and unclenches her fist, doing her best to stay calm and steady. She began to get more antsy as they pulled up to her apartment complex and groaned a bit when he pulled his hand away, and got out.
The man chuckled a bit at her reaction and helped her out of the car, as the two quickly went inside, unable to keep their hands off one another on the way up.
