The ability to change one's form, that is only the beginning to the life that Isabell Wenanoah is about to find herself in. When she moves from a small town in Oklahoma to the sprawling city of Los Angeles she finds that she is not what she seems. Someone capable to change her form at will and can summon a guardian born from her very soul. At first it seems all goes well until a group only known as the Rising Phoenix go on the attack. Now Isabell with the help of those she meets at an organization with no name, must take back her new home and stop the Rising Phoenix from making the world their own.
