Platform boots

Before darling:

your point of view:

I fumble around with my pen, trying to focus on the white board with what seemed like meaningless squiggles on it. I hate school,it all seems meaningless in the end, really. The only good things going for me right now is the fact that I made a friend, nobody else liked her,but I did.

her name was Sadie.

She had short black hair with her bangs in a hime or princess style cut, half coloured a bright pink. She sported black platforms with a grommet belt all the time, the only things about her outfit that really changed were her hair clips, accessories, shirts and skirts. She was good at makeup too,but not in a basic bitch way,in her own way.

"Y/N,answer question 2b,now." I snap back to reality. A boy I don't recognize laughs at me,I knew he also couldn't concentrate, that snicker and smile isn't going to fool me like everyone else did. He had brown hair that looked like a cloud, his shoes were black slip on ones with drawings drawn all over the rubber and sole of the shoe. His eyes were blue, like you could get lost in them in an ease, like the big blue ocean. He looked at me weird,I realized I was over analyzing things,I tend to do that a lot,and I hated it about myself. "Uhhh,3?" I respond to my teacher who was looking at me with a snarky glare.

"wrong,anyways,next.." She went around to ask more students, and I wasn't bothered until lunchtime.

"Listen,I think you should just get over it already, angel," She said, stabbing her fork into the salad she had put very minimal amount of dressing onto. "nobody thinks that you're dumb." She chewed. I slammed my head on the table and groaned. "I just...someone laughed at me in class today, and I don't feel that good about it right now.." Sadie's head perked up and salad fell out of her mouth. "Tell me who the fuck laughed, and i'll stomp on their ass." She pointed to her shoes. "These babies are strong a.f. 8 inches." I looked up at her and said, "You don't have to do it,it's okay,he'll probably forget I exist in a few days." I picked up my pizza and took a big bite. Sadie moved her face closer to mine,I could practically smell the makeup. "Who laughed,Y/N." She said in a more serious tone.

I pointed to him,I could tell by the hair and purple shirt. Sadie stood up and walked to his table. "Sadie,don't-" I tried to say,but she was already in his face, saying who knows what. but before she walked up to the brown haired kid,she cupped her hands over a younger kids ears. "Listen,fuck-face. I know who you are,I know who your father is, I know where you live," she whispered something into his ear that I couldn't hear. He backed his chair away from her and she walked away. When she sat back at the table I had some questions. "Sadie, what on earth did you say to him?" I asked, concerned as she stuffed her face with salad. She chewed, then swallowed. "I told him stuff he doesn't even know about his family, you know, made up stuff...partly." My eyes grew wide. "Sadie, that isn't ok,he might not even want to go home after that..."

She rolled her eyes. "He deserves it,did he not?" I get up and walk over to his table,he was in shock as his little brother cried, probably felt intimidated. "Hey,i'm sorry for whatever my friend said to you,she didn't even mean it.." He looked up at me, "I'm not scared, bitch, now fuck off." I roll my eyes at him. "Listen,we don't mean any harm dipshit, now accept the apology."

The lunch bell rings meaning it's over, and we have to make our way back to class. Me and Sadie turned in our lunch trays then started to chat as we walked in the hallways, her platform boots making loud footsteps. "I kinda feel bad for that guy..what was his name?" I look over at Sadie. "I don't know his name, but I know he's an Afton, his father owns a pizzeria. Animatronics and shit y'know." She responded chewing on pink bubble gum.

I walk over to my locker that was decorated with sanrio stickers and notes since I tend to forget stuff about school quite easy, the notes were a pale pink colour, like the sky when it slowly fades to night and starts to mix with blue and darker reds.

I grab my books and walk into the classroom. I can see Sadie waving at me from the desks we usually sit at,but that afton kid was all alone and he looked sad,I decide to sit with Sadie anyways.

I place my heavy books on the desk and open to page 100 of my history book as my teacher instructed. History class was the worst, the teacher was so boring, and the work sucked. I start to tap my foot on the floor, possibly annoying anybody that heard it.

My eyes keep wandering back to the brown haired boy.

I can't seem to keep my eyes off of him,he gives off this mysterious aura but also a sad one, like he's wallowing in his own despair constantly, but hides it with curse words and harsh actions.

But I'm just overthinking things...

Aren't I?

Class ends.
