Freedom

Jo got up from his bed, picked her robe from the floor and ran out to her bedroom. She locked the door behind her and breathed heavily. Oh God what has she run into for a mere pot of yogurt.

Downstairs Lu Ye Ze was having breakfast looking refreshed. He had a very good sleep last night and he felt reinvigorated, he ordered He Mufeng to prepare the car, to head to the office. He Mufeng was amazed to see his Master in such a good disposition, also he slept through the night, what a miracle has cast upon their humble home.

At the dining room door, Jo wanted to come in to have breakfast, but when she saw the man sitting at the table, she immediately turned on her heel and sprinted back upstairs. She had better waited before the man left, so she could show her face into the world. Lu Ye Ze chuckled softly at the reaction of the girl, while He Mufeng was puzzled. His Master seemed to behave completely different towards this woman, he thought that the man might actually harbour some feelings for her.

"Mufeng, pack my belongings from the studio, I will be sleeping at the mansion from now on!" If he suspected before that his Master might have feelings for her, this sentence he spoke just now, convinced him entirely. Master fell in love for the first time in his life and he fell in love with a girl. His lack of interest in women, rose a lot of suspicion in his family. How wonderful the Earth has just started spinning for them.

The next few days, consisted of Jo hiding away from the man, she was avoiding him like plague. Luckily he went on a business trip this morning and she could finally have a bit more freedom to move around the house.

Jo put on a pair of jeans and a woolly top, she took some wellies she found laying around and went to the garden. Because of the frost for two nights in a row, a lot of flowers dried up, so she wanted to tend to the garden today, she was beyond bored of reading the finance books from the library.

Even though the Lu family employed a highly qualified gardener, Jo wanted to offer a helping hand, what she hated the most was staying idle. Besides she loved plants and taking care of them, back in London her flat was full of plants, but she was limited by space and she could get only some specific species, that could be confined to her living conditions. This humongous garden had all types of plants and trees she was beyond overjoyed to see such beauty.

At the entrance of the mansion a silver Mercedes was parked there for a while. On the first floor sitting room, a man wearing a camel trench coat and a head full of dark hair was looking pensive at the garden below him through the window. An interesting figure was picking dead leaves, from the central fountain.

"Old Master Lu, unfortunately the young Master is away on a business trip and can't welcome your return" Butler Gu was trying to convince the man tactfully to leave the premises, he was an imminent danger to his master every second he prolonged his visit.

"Who said I am here to visit my brother!"
