When she saw the officer's reaction, Jo froze on the spot. What is going on? Why is he addressing me formally?

Behind the desk, the officer immediatly alerted the MI6, who took the case over from RaSP (Royalty and Specialist Protection), due to the fact that this case, was classified as a terrorist attack. MI6 rose an national and international alert, in the search of Her Royal Highness Lady Joanne's body, this made her identity public, in a lot more official institutions.

The officer exited the desk cubicle and guided Jo to a restricted waiting area. The puzzled girl, took a seat and looked at the other two security officers, who adopted a guarding posture next to her. Was my biological family looking for me? She thought to herself.

Jo was the youngest daughter of Anne, Princess Royal. She was a child born out of wedlock, a dark stain in the Royal family, that the Queen has always tried to hide. This child broke the marriage between Princess Anne and her first husband, Mark Phillips. The Queen was so infuriated by her daughter's affair, that she married her the very same year, with the prestigious Admiral, Sir Timothy James Hamilton Laurence.

That unfaithful year, Princess Anne has fallen in love with a mysterious Italian. Their love resulted in a pregnancy. In an unwanted pregnancy, that the enamoured Princess, refused vehemently to interrupt. At the Queen's command though, she had to give the child away, she wasn't allowed to raise it herself, along with her other two children.

Right after birth, Amanda Muller, her closest confidante, has received the royal duty of raising the newborn girl, in her own family.

Although Princess Anne refused the titles 'Her Royal Highness' for her first two children, she asked her mother to at least bestow this title, to her unfortunate daughter. The Queen fulfilled her daughter's wish and the child, who resembled her father perfectly, received the prestigious title. A title, that would make her hated by her older siblings, later in life.

Until now only a strict circle of royals knew about Joanne's existence, but due to this unfortunate event, her disappearance, her identity has been brought to light. A lot more force was needed in order to find her. The leads that she lost her life in a terrorist attack in China, were vague and the Royal Court couldn't let this matter go unresolved.

Lu Ye Ze had many people who were loyal to him in China and also by changing her name, he could conceal her identity and whereabouts rather well.

In less than ten minutes an official transport arrived at the airport. It was assigned to escort Jo to the Kensington Palace.

Jo heard the men in the front seats speaking about their destination and breathed a sigh of relief. Will, her cousin, resided at Kensington Palace and out of all of her biological family members, he was the only one who treated her kindly.

Jo refused to acknowledge Princess Anne as her mother, in fact she refused to get in touch with the whole royal family. She detested them all, for the hatred they had towards her. All of them, especially her siblings, were considering, that Jo was the issue to all of their problems and her existence has been like a curse casted upon them. How was she at fault she didn't knew. It wasn't like she gave birth to herself.

Inside the palace a few family members had already gathered, to receive the girl who disappeared for almost two months.

At her arrival in the palace, Jo was escorted to the main office, when the security guards opened its doors, she made eye contact with one particularly old lady and she got instantly shocked.
