Mr Jackson

I got up looking around my room emotionless. Was I really going through this? Again... I thought he would have learned the first time, but I guess I'm not worth learning a lesson for in his eyes.

I got up and went downstairs and as they both laid eyes on me some part of me knew this was going to be hard, and this mysterious man didn't seem like the kind type.

"Ah! Camila come meet Mr. Jackson" My father spoke rather cheerily; totally contradicting my mood as of this moment. I nodded my head solemnly and walked down the stair case before being met with the two men.

"It's nice to meet you Ms. Quill." Jackson said with a sly smile. Something in me cracked.

I knew my father wouldn't have sold me out had Mr. Jackson not offered the deal in the first place. I clenched my teeth and my hand collided with his cheek. He held it before looking back at me darkly.

"Pardon me Mr. Quill but I'd like to talk to Camila before we go." He said looking at my father. My father nodded before leaving the room and heading up the stair case.

I was quickly pinned to the light grey wall by my neck. He snarled at me as I saw his rage very clearly even though his hair did obstruct his hazel eyes slightly. I gasped for breath struggling under him.

"Now listen here. I was going to be easy on you but I expect a few things. You respect me and you are kind. No back talk. No arguing; except for in particular situations, where I'll allow it. And know who you fucking belong to." He snarled before letting me go; dropping me into the ground. I grabbed my neck as I gasped for oxygen.

"Now go get your things. We'll be driving then taking a plane to Jersey." He stated as I looked up at him while holding my neck in a coughing fit. I got up and ran to my room shutting the door; not caring that I had slammed it.

I slid down the door as the tears came. I couldn't believe this, and in all honesty I hoped it was some messed up nightmare and that I would wake up from this horrible nightmare.

My bags were packed and were inside of a car that had been called to take us to the airport. My father stood with his back to the house as he held May's small delicate hand.

"We'll see you soon Camila." My father said coldly. I didn't respond to him, instead I looked down at May. Her eyes glistened with tears as they fell. My eyes washed over with sorrow as I kneeled down, dropping my back pack, and holding my arms out for my sister.

She slowly walked into my arms as she sobbed. I held her close as I rubbed circles on her small back.

"I-I don't want you to go!" She screamed as her small fist clutched onto my shirt.

"I know I don't want to go either." I whispered sadly into her ear.

"Wh-What if-if Be-Bert-" I cut my sister off as those words hit me. A seven year old could understand this better than a grown man.

"Hey Hey... It'll be alright. How about this. Once I get to Jersey I'll call you; and you can tell me all about your stuffed animals." I said breaking the hug and smiling at her.

She nodded furiously before putting her small arms around my neck holding me close. "I'm gonna miss you May, just remember I love you so much." I said clutching her tighter.

"I'm going to miss you to Camy." She said in a whisper. We broke apart and my father grabbed May putting her on his hip. I looked at Jackson who gave me a smirk. He then put his arm around my waist.

"Well Mr. Quill, we shall be going." Mr. Jackson stated. My father didn't even tell him a 'please take care of her' or 'don't hurt her' he just gave a small nod and stood there. With that Mr. Jackson led me to the car.
