Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover Part 2

Cole watched as the thief removed his mask, and when it revealed that it had been a women his stomach ached. Not only had it been a women, but it had been the girl in his office. She had come to him, fought for him to listen to her. She must have needed help, and he just pushed her away. Telling himself it was for the best, but now here she was breaking in, putting herself endanger. Did she know the danger she was in, or did she have her own dangers?

It wasn't the first time a women broke into their office. Normally they wouldn't get that far. A cop would be called, and once they would find out it was a women they would go and talk to her. Deciding if she needed to stay put, or if they would tak her back to their place and talk. Normally they would talk to the women and help them with their problems, never seeing them again.

It was different this time and Cole knew it. She made it into the office. Whenever someone made it into that office they were a threat. They knew more about them then any person should. Then why did it feel so strange, so unfamiliar.

It was because if how far it went. How she walked in which seemed to be her nicest cloths. When he asked asked what she was doing there she seemed generally confused. Most people would believe it was a simple business place to help people with they're business, but the few people who know would have answered differently, not so confused. She then told him it was her business, but he didn't let her finish. Why didn't he let her finish? Was it a ploy to get in there? Would she have found whatever it was she was looking for by staying longer? Maybe he could have figured it out, figured she was lying and helped her.

She seemed to innocent, like she didn't have any problems. Everyone had problems, everyone. He was just stupid to hope she would be okay, now she might never be.

Cole didn't know how to feel it was a mix between heartache, and sorrow, as he watched her dig though his deck. What was she looking for? A hint of curiosity crossed his face, and confusion. The hidden cameras had microphones he could talk to her but he didn't want to scare her, not this time. As he watched chase got up and grabbed his keyes determined to go and get her. With a loss of words, and thoughts. As he watched his fearless leader go through this. Even about to shut the computer screen, but Cole was in charge, even if he let Chase call the shots sometimes. Cole held up his hand, Chase stopped.

Cole didn't say anything though, and just watched her. Causing Chase to sit back down. Cole knew both of them were looking at him curious. Cole never acted like this, when they picked women it was simple they had sex with someone, and she would leave never seeing any of the women again. No extra feelings, not with Cole. They all sat there watching her, really trying to figure out what she was looking for.

Cole saw her dig through his bookshelf, in a normal house, in a normal office she would have found hidden papers. Not here they were either on his computer, or home. It looked like she was about to give up when she noticed the chair. Did she know that he left it the same as when she was there? Nobody sat in that chair after her. That's when he noticed it to, the chair was caught on the rug, and under the rug was a blue folder. What was in that blue folder? He hadn't put that there he thought back who put that there.

He looked over at Dylan, it was about a month ago. Dylan was sitting in that chair talking holding it, and put it down there not wanting anyone to come in and see it. He hid it under the rug, Cole told him not to forget it but that's exactly what he had done. She grabbed the folder and sat down at his desk. What ever was in there terrified her. He could tell, her hands shook, and her eyes got cold. For the life of him he couldn't remember what was inside, and by Dylan's reaction it told he had.
