"Sura, can I take one of those curtains down? So I can make a bed" asked Megan.
"Do want you please, master" said the she-dragon.
The curtain was dusty and dirty, Megan didn't notice it was and pulled down one curtain from entrance. She coughed as dust flew into the air.
"Sura, can you use magic to clean this?" She asked.
As ordered, the dragon moved its hand to perform magic, water suddenly appeared in a ball shaped as it flows in the air. The ball of water swallowed the curtain and it shook rapidly. The dirty water then disappear making the curtain fall with a FLOOP.
Sura then used wind magic to blow the curtain dry, making it look freshly new.
"Thank you!" Megan said then took the huge curtain to lay it next to the she-dragon. She lay on the her 'bed' as she took the outer part of the curtain to use as a blanket. Megan lay as she looked at the giant pet she acquired.
"How are we going to get out of the North Forrest? We are in the middle of it." Megan asked as she snuggles into the curtain with a yawn.
"By flying" Sura said nonchalantly.
"Sura, you are a dragon. I live in the city, how am I suppose to take you with me?" Megan said.
"Can't you go to the King or Emperor or whatever and say you have a mighty dragon so can you have some land in exchange for a powerful dragon?" Asked Sura.
"I would, but humans are too greedy. You are God's finest creation and I don't want you to get hurt... can't you use magic to make yourself smaller?"
"Oh! You are brilliant. This old dragon have bad memories." Then Sura closed her eyes, light was surrounding her then POOF!
Megan sat up trying to see where Sura was through the smoke. "Sura?" She couldn't see her tall and broad dragon anywhere.
"Down here master" said Sura.
Megan looked down to see a chubby black dragon around three feet in height.
"AWWWWW Sura you are absolutely ADORABLE!!" Megan squealed as she picks up the she-dragon for a hug.
"I can be in this form when we arrive at your home, but I need to be full size when we fly out of this vast forrest" The little dragon said as Megan pinch its cheeks.
Megan then lay down with the dragon in her arms. "We will discuss our plans tomorrow, let's sleep for now."
Sura has been alone for many centuries, she hunted for food and lived by herself in this cave. Sometimes she would make her little speck creatures to play around with. She can see her master is a very endearing person, not a greedy type like she had expected. For a human with a dragon as a slave, she's not that demanding. Sura hugged the little girl back, she never felt such warmth and comfort.
The two slept next to each other as they drift deep slumber.
****************
It's been three days, more precisely four days. Victon had beaten the crap out of the one mercenary that was hiding in the bush to give him Megan's location and who hired him. The guy couldn't hold onto the brute of the beating anymore and started to say everything he knew.
"We w-were hired to k-kidnap the girl and deliver her into the middle of the N-North Forrest. T-the lady that hired u-us had red hair and e-emerald eyes. I d-do not know of her n-name."
Victon ordered Oliver to search for a noble lady with red hair and emerald eyes while he tied up the mercenary. Then Victon marched his troops into the North Forrest.
The knights rode their horses and got to the North Forrest in a days time because of the haste. Victon didn't care of the dangers of the forrest, instead cleared his eyes out to search for a black hair girl.
She didn't know any fighting tactics, and he doubts she even have a weapon of some sort with her. His anxiety couldn't settle down as he ordered his knights to search the forrest for her.
They spent hours trying to find the girl. Victon noticed his knights were exhausted and ordered them to visit a nearby village to get some food and rest.
"What about you, Your Highness?" The Head Knight asked.
"I will keep searching, you and the knights go get some food for me" Victon replied, his eyes wandering the forrest.
"I will stay here with you, it is too dangerous for anyone to be alone here" the Head Knight said as he turned around to order the knights to get some rest in a nearby village and buy some food for him and Victon.
Victon was was praying as he rode on his horse through the grass and trees. Praying that he wouldn't find her dead body laying lifelessly on the cold ground.
