He dashed up to the girl standing on the ground looking back at him. Victon ignored the big winged Buffalo next to him and went to give Megan a tight hug.

"I'm glad you're safe" Victon said with a sigh of relief. All of his stress and anxiety that build up his heart slowly melts away as he up his head into the crook of her neck.

Megan hugged Victon back as she inhale this addicting scent. "How long did you search for me? I was in the middle of the forrest! Did catch any sleep? You have dark circles under your eyes!"

"I couldn't sleep... I thought of you being chased by wolves or hurting yourself, I couldn't rest until I find you. So what's the thing behind you?" Victon reluctantly pulled away to look up to the black dragon.

"Oh this is Sura! Sura this is Victon!" Megan introduced. "I wandered into a cave for shelter, then I found Sura deep in the cave!"

Victon was speechless. His baby girl found herself a legendary pet... "thank you for keeping Megan safe" Victon bowed to the she-dragon.

"No worries, Megan is my master" said Sura.

"Y-your Highness, is it safe to a-approach the d-dragon?" A voice in the back said.

Victon turned around to see his knights cowering behind the Head Knight.

"Sura won't hurt you!" Megan giggled. "Oh Victon, I'm taking Sura back with me."

"... are you sure? That's a dragon. People will freak out if Sura comes" Victon said worriedly.

"It's okay. Sura! Turn into your small self!" Megan ordered.

With a POOF! The big mighty dragon turned into a chubby creature with giant golden eyes.

"Awwwwww" the knights all collectively said.

"Since we have found Megan, everyone head back to the capital!" Victon ordered with a loud and clear voice.

Victon walked up to his horse and gave Megan a hand to hop on. He held her waist to lifted her up.

"Ah!" She yelped.

Then seeing Victon hopped onto the horse in the back of her, Megan blushed. Sura flew into Megan's embrace as the three rode out of the forrest with troops of knights behind them.

On the journey home, Megan told Victon of how she was kidnapped. "Can you believe it? They gave me a bucket to pee in the carriage! And when they dropped me off in the middle of the North Forrest, they said the person hired them was a red hair woman with emerald eyes."

"I have captured the person... she said she had admired me from afar, but never approached me. She was jealous of you, so wanted to get rid of you" Victon said as he bend his neck down to let his head touch her shoulders. He hugged her from behind, still holding onto the reins. "Don't worry about her, she's somewhere in the deepest of the ground now. My heart is only open to you, no one else can replace the warmth you give me."

"You killed her?" Megan asked softly.

"Hm" he nodded nonchalantly.

"Are you not afraid to get caught?" She asked.

"No, I am not. Especially when she hurt you... no one that harms you will be alive on this land" Victon's eye glared coldly into the road.

"Well I am not surprised you have admirers, but they sure are violent and cheaters too. Why don't they try to win your heart fair and square? It doesn't make sense to take that angry onto me" Megan said.

"And that's why I like you" he gave a low chuckle.

"Um hey! Can you guys not rub dog food into my face? I'm still here!" Sura exclaimed being tired of the third-wheeling.

Victon looked down to Sura and remembered the story he had read to Megan. When he had read the book to her, he felt a familiar feeling... when he saw her riding the dragon earlier, Victon also felt a weird feeling, like a strong Déjà vu.

"Megan, remember that old book that I read to you?"

"Hm? Yes, why?" Megan said. Her eyes then slowly widened at the remembrance. "That's so CRAZY!"

"I never thought that book would become true" he laughed.

Megan looked down into Sura and whispered, "can I tell him about the prophecy?"

The she-dragon looked back to her master and said, "he seems to be a sincere person so you can trust him."

With Sura's 'go' signal, Megan began to tell the prophecy that Sura had told her. About how Sura was God's finest creation and her being the blessed child. The two would join forces to defeat the evil being that will soon roam the lands.

Victon's brows furrowed as he said, "Megan isn't that too dangerous for you? You will get seriously injured."

"It's okay if Sura is around. She possess many magic spells, I can even fly! I didn't want the knights to see so I didn't fly in front of them. I will show you it later! HEHEHE" she giggled.
