Recap: Moonlight overhears Mr. Barns and Me. Crinkle conversation and the dude that bumped into her at the club talk's about he knows who's the higher is.

Meliton P.O.V

Now I know I didn't give a proper introduction. My name is Meliton, probably never heard that name before. But you don't need to know where it's from. I work here in this building because I need to keep an eye on Moonlight. You might wonder why, well I can't tell you it's a secret. Anyway, I saw her crouching down near Mr. Barns door overhearing the conversation about her. Maybe this is my time to keep her safe. To show that I can bring her into the statement so I can prove my loyalty to them. Maybe I should ask her for coffee so I can just know her better and to see if she has the mark.

Moonlight P.O.V

It's the man that bumped into me at the club. What is he doing here? "I never got to introduce myself I'm Meliton," he said to me. Meliton such a rare name I never here. I say to him "I'm Moonlight and I'm new here." Meliton looks so handsome I mean he holds himself that's what I like in a man. Wait I just met him I can't like him he bumped into me several times. "I just wanna say I'm sorry for bumping into you at the club last night," he said to me in a deep tone. I wanted to yell and hit him, but instead, I just say "it's okay" softly. He say's "do you want to join me for coffee anytime soon?". Can he just leave me alone I barely know you and you want coffee? And what's going to happen next to us dating no way. "No thank you I have paperwork do to," I say politely. I just walk away from him. But then he said something that makes me want to get coffee with him.

Meliton P.O.V

Okay, a hard one that's fine I can get through that hard shell of hers. Maybe I can tell her about what happened that night. So I say "I can help you remember everything about last night, the blood and you passing out." She turns around and runs to me and yells quietly" you can help me remember last night and who those people were?". "yes I can I'll tell you who were those people was." I say. "Well, then what are we waiting for let's go," Moonlight said happily. Finally, I can tell her the truth and see if she has the mark.
