Chapter 152: WHO IS THIS SHE-DEVIL?

Haborym stood outside the rest room,

Anger and embarrassment fused,

But what filled his mind the most was confusion,

How can her words, affect him in such fashion?

And what was the point of her asking the question,

Wanting to know if someone would love her,

While her plan was not to find such love,

And rise to the throne, to drown herself with power and pride.

Such words, such actuations, make Haborym wonder who she is,

He barely remembered her timid behaviour,

when she stepped foot to the hellish abyss.

He noticed a change however, a sudden chill,

Hearing her hum a tune, that reminded him of a choir of angels.

Who would have guessed that such monster would have a lovely voice?

Or maybe it's bad, but he's just thinking it all?

He grits his teeth as he dispose of his mask,

Savoring the air that touches his mouth.

He prepares a dress for her,

But this time, he made it more descently,

He hated the way she walks around the room with barely nothing,

Looking at him in such flirtatious way,

As if mocking him that he couldn't resist her, or push her away.

Such arrogance.

.

"Haborym? Uh, I forgot to ask for a towel,"

He turns to knock on the door and give her the piece of cloth,

And when she slowly opened, her wet face came to view,

Haborym quickly turns away,

"I'm beautiful, I know."

"Shut up and take this."

"Tsk. You're still shaken up by the kiss, huh?"

"No, I don't even remember that."

"Nah, I've had a lot of boys I liked before,

None of them said no.

'Cept you, which is interesting,

Are you really not affected? Or are you resisting?"

"Shut up."

.

.

155 was surprised to wear a decent looking dress at the end of the bed,

She smiled and felt thankful nonetheless.

She twirls in front of Haborym, as the duke reads his manuscripts,

"Hello! Look at me! I look fantastic!"

"Why did you asked if someone would love you anyways?

What's the point for all of it?"

The duke asked suddenly, but kept his eyes glued to his study.

155 smiles and reads the study herself aloud,

It's written in an ancient text, but she knows somehow.

After so, she decided to answer his question,

As Haborym now looks at her, giving her, her desired attention.

"Tsk, as if you're not used to my questions that aims to mess up with your head,"

"So that was also irrelevant?"

"Yeah, pretty much."

"And how did you opened that knob?

When it's casted a spell that protects it from most attacks?"

"Tsk, I thought you were smart.

I read that magic book you have, but put it neatly back.

Won't you even ask me how I know all this stuff?"

Haborym was itching to ask her since she read,

But if he did, he's giving her what she wants.

That attention she so wants.

"Fine, I'll tell it myself then,"

"Don't need it. Don't want it."

"Nah, I'll tell it anyways,"

"I'm studying, don't bother me."

"Once upon a time-"

"When will you ever stop?"

"I said...ONCE UPON A TIME-"

Haborym sighs heavily, knowing he can't stop her,

And though he hates to admit defeat,

He agrees to tolerate her a bit further.

Oh, the thing he does for Lucifer...

"So like...I met Lucifer way backkk then,

But of course he doesn't have horns, he disguised himself well.

So like he taught me this stuff and I thought he was studying linguistics,

But what do you know! He's a demon older than my bloodline who knows history and magic.

It was hard to learn but I managed to do so,

I don't know how I did it, but it felt satisfying to know,

We exchanged letters back then and-"

"Okay, I now know, thanks."

"I'm still talking!"

"Yeah, sure. And I'm still studying,

Those angels will surely come back,

I can't let them win no matter what."

"Whoah, so the Celestial War is about to start?

I'm excited! I wish I could take part,"

"We don't need a weakling in our pack,

So just stay here, and wait for us to get back."

"So, what's the plan?"

"Ugh-seriously, can you shut up?"

"No, I can't."

Haborym smiles and thought of a plan,

For goodness sake, he should have thought of it since the start.

He spoke a spell, and 155 felt sleepy,

She went back to the bed,

As Haborym went back to his study.

Who knew the tune of silence is far beautiful than the song of sirens?

Haborym missed the time,

He was alone with contentment.

...

Azazel operates on the woman in his table,

As other five bodies in the ground scattered.

He gathered the most powerful witches that ever lived,

Hoping to create an obedient ally, with both beauty and wit.

The result may not be the same as the original Nemue,

But it'd be even better in every way.

He felt his back hurt from all the hard work,

If not the war, he could die this way, he supposed.

It took him a lot of time making everything seem perfect.

And this was the most anxious he's ever felt!

Several bodies, curses, and essense,

Just to make this one body,

that would make everyone kneel!

What could be better than a woman in which you gave all your desired qualities?

Oh, and if she ever change, Azazel could still make three.

Replaceable, obedient, powerful,

All the qualities he would want,

Nothing could be better.

He put Nemue's eyes because he loves it the most,

And then chanted a spell, that assures the body won't grow old.

He then opened a jar as he anticipate her return,

And what came out of it was the same black smoke.

Oh, the embodiment of evil and of a curse,

It moved toward the body, as the room then briefly glowed.

"Oh, Nemue! I welcome your rebirth!"

As the body rose up, still unknowing of her worth.

"You're going to be my little she-devil,

And my Queen if all things work in my favor,

You're special, because you're consisted of six bodies,

A thousand spells and curses,

And all my desired qualities."

The witch could only look at him dumbfoundedly,

But Azazel knew that she was still not use to her body.

She doesn't have any memories,

So he'll have to train her for a while to make her as formidable as can be.

"Nemue, come with me."

He gestured to himself, as the woman followed obediently.

He dressed her with his lavish coats and accessories,

As the witch smiles in front of the mirror happily.

And as she laughs and absorb herself on his wealth,

He can't help but remember, his old friend's death.

But it's alright.

He was not capable to love a real person from the start.

At least to this new one, he won't be as attached,

After all, she could be upgraded, replaced, at any time he would want.

"Alright darling, the time of having fun is up."
