Our Last Promise

"Yes…Oh nothing. Nothing's the matter Chang Min. Y-You know how Ming Zhu reacts i-i-in a silly way sometimes. She started it again. I-I just told her to shut up her nonsense", said Jia Yi in a hurried manner to cover up the ruckus she created.


Seeing her blabbering nonsense as to cover up some things, Chang Min did not ask her again and answered her with a nod.


The culprit of the scenario Ming Zhu's ears perked up hearing her friend blaming her. She was about to retaliate but by seeing Jia Yi's cold eyes directed towards herself, she stopped.


Chang Min was seeing everything carefully and guessed that there was something that happened when he was not paying attention to the conversation.


To loosen up the embarrassment, Jia Yi coughed and greeted the three creatures almost immediately. 


After a short pause, Jia Yi started, "Why did you ask all of us to have a video conference right now, is there some emergency matter?"


"Yes there is some emergency matter that we need to discuss now", said Ming Zhu adding her dramatic touch.


"We are a group, so we need to decide about what thing we should do for the upcoming project, else we will fail miserably even before we start", stated Ming Zhu.


All understood that Ming Zhu's words are true, nevertheless of their identity they still have to perform in a certain topic else there is no way for them to get any marks.


"Then according to you what should we perform in the group project?" asked Jia Yi after a bit of silence.


"I was browsing through the web and found some interesting topics to do like- 'Drama, dance, poetry, presentation, etc…...", continued Ming Zhu with her description of topics.


While Ming Zhu was discussing the topics, Chang Min being the attentive listener, asked questions sometimes, Jia Yi, and Xian were more interested in star-gazing each other. The night video call felt just right to Jia Yi and Xian now as they can look at each other without hiding. 


After a short while of arguing and discussion Green dino and pink bunny realized the scenario in front of them and Ming Zhu started, "Jia Yi what are you ideas?"


"I think we should not be so much worried and select a simple but unique topic for the project, which can gain more views from all the students and teachers", said Jia Yi abruptly. This was Jia Yi's one of the best talent and positive aspect being a martial arts practitioner, she can remember every single word even though she does not pay attention to things.


"Should we do a Fashion Show?" asked Ming Zhu.


"No it will require more people", replied Jia Yi.


After another discussion Ding Xian said,"Let's do a drama, it will be unique."


"Wow it surely will be unique", exclaimed Chang Min.


"Ok then it's decided we will prepare a drama for the project", added Ming Zhu and concluded the video conference.


Everyone almost left the video call when Ming Zhu messaged Chang Min to have some discussion in private.
