5 Getting ready for the Mating ball
I am driving to the White Sun Pack where I own a hotel so that I can get ready for the mating ball. The first thing up on today's agenda is actually going the to hotel. Then, I need to go and get my hair done. It will be lunchtime after I get my hair done so I will get some lunch and then I will go and get my makeup done. It is a 2-hour drive to the other pack. The drive was smooth and quick because I was driving at a very over-the-speed limit speed. My workers are very responsible and they had prepared everything for me when I got there. My room was on the top floor I shouldn't call it a room it is one of 2 penthouses. The other penthouse is empty. No one is ever normally rich enough to stay in the penthouse. I get in my penthouse and after, I settled into my room. I am walking down to the spa and I see my uncle. "Uncle"
"Katelynn, it is great to see you here."
"Well it is my hotel uncle"
"Yes dear I figured you would be here how is your mother"
"She is still sick but she has been put into a coma until they see good results"
"I am sorry dear I am hoping that she gets better"
"Me too, Do you know if Noah will be here"
"No, he is busy with work and pack work until the ball tonight so he will not be coming here. Would you like to have lunch later?"
"I would love to I am heading to the spa right now so I will meet you at around noon."
"Noon sounds great dear I am heading to a meeting right now so I will see you later."
"OK, an uncle if you see Noah tell him hi for me, please."
"I will dear now I must get going"
"Ok, uncle, "right as I said that I looked around and couldn't find him because he must have used his speed, he likes to do that when he is late.
As I head to the spa I wonder what the mating ball will bring because there is always the possibility that my mate will not or my mate could be a rouge wolf.
After I went to lunch with my uncle it was about 3 pm because we talked for hours. Then I went back to my hotel room to start getting ready for the ball because it starts at 5 pm and it will take at least 2 and a half hours to get ready and you have to be a little late for everything if you wanna look good. As I got ready for a shower I was getting more and more excited because I felt that I was going to find my mate tonight I knew it in my gut. I would find him tonight. I decided I need to shower and get a move on it so that I can meet my mate. I finished my shower and got my robe on and started on my hair. I am doing a half up half down and I have long hair so I will make my hair fluffier and it will be curled on the bottom and braided on the top. After I finished my hair I got started right away on my makeup. I was planning on doing a cute simple look because I did not want to go over the top with my makeup. I did a pale base with a coffee color in the crease and then I did a darker brown on the edge of the crease. After I blended those colors I added a pink super sparkly color so that it sparkles. I then did my contour and highlighter and then I put on blush. I decided to go with a nude lip because I did not want to go overboard with my makeup. It was now about 4:45 and I need to leave soon so I can get there by 5:30. I put on my beautiful emerald green dress and I feel like a princess in it. I call my driver and I get in the car at 5. I get to the ball at 5:15 and I get a whiff of a great smell and I can't walk away this time. I walk into the ball looking calm and composed but on the inside, I am freaking out because my mate is here and he is close. That is really exciting because I am going to meet my mate. I continue to walk in composed and I see Noah and I can tell he is my mate. Noah is my mate. I haven't seen him in years and here we are he is my mate. I see his head snap up when I get 10 feet away from him. At the same time, another female wolf approaches him. I don't even think and I growl at her. I actually growled at her also she was getting touchy with my mate. Noah's head snaps up again and he grins at me. He actually knows that I am his mate. He knows who I am.
