His names are Captain Nemo and Triton. He is a Phantom that was made by combining Heroic Spirit Nemo with Divine Spirit Triton because Sion does not have the proper summoning base like the FATE summoning system in Chaldea.
Although Phantom can only be reached in Shinjuku, Sion is able to hack his data, and manages to summon this unique Servant as a result. Because Sion is worried about the summoning success rate (doesn't understand the basics of the FATE system), Sion develops a spirit that can act as a Servant by combining 2 spirits, resulting in Triton who has memories of Nemo along with his relationship with the "Noble Phantasm of the sea", allowing him to create a Nautilus. appear with him.
When summoned by Sion at the start of LB, he was still a mermaid and prince, but when he joined Chaldea and decided to help out, his role as a mermaid was closed.
In Novum Chaldea, he was in charge of transporting the Operation Troops, or formally providing them with support. If the land-based strategy was pursued by Da Vinci, then Nemo would lead the sea-based operations.
Open-minded and kind, Triton was loved by everyone. Acting on the basis of conviction, Prince Dakkar is the embodiment of taking the initiative. Nemo gained one conviction from Triton: "To oppose those who manipulate or trample others". Even if the enemy happened to be a god, he couldn't allow the weak to be persecuted. Ironically, this creates conflict with modern society (consumer culture). That said, seeing European culture today makes him a little sad.
At first, he insisted on doing his job alone, to the point of saying "this is my submarine", to the Master. After considering Master to be someone worthy of his trust, he was willing to bring them closer to their goal, no matter the distance.
While Shadow Border was diving through Imaginary Number Space on its way to LB2, the Chaldeans above detected something large near them. Even though they didn't know it at the time, this "something" was the Captain of the Nautilus ship trying to make contact with them.
In LB3, the Captain is first introduced as Sion's Servant when the Chaldeans arrive at the Wandering Sea.
In LB4, the Captain travels with Chaldea to help repair the Shadow Border. This is where his identity as a blend of Nemo and Triton is revealed as he uses the Noble Phantasm to cross the kṣīrasāgara.
At the Imaginary Scramble (4.5) event, Chaldea conducted a Nautilus trial in the Imaginary Room. The participants were Captain Nemo, Ritsuka, Mashu, Xiang Yu, Scathach-Skadi, and Osakabehime. Xiang Yu and BB had predicted the obstacles that would occur in the Imaginary Room. Because of that, they secretly helped the team with everything they needed. BB provides a Memory Chip embedded with Void Magic which allows the user to operate inside the Imaginary Space.
After entering the Imaginary Room, Xiang Yu drew a map using echolocation and handed it over to the other members. He also drew the coordinates for what would eventually become the location of the final battle. All of that to fight the monsters created by Hokusai in the Imaginary Space.
To fight this threat, we decide to summon a Servant from Chaldea, but it turns out that the one summoned is Foreigner, Yang Guifei, a completely new Servant. So with Yang Guifei's help and the hard work of the other members, the worst case scenario was avoided.
However, unbeknownst to the others, Hokusai was actually hiding inside the ship, disguised as one of the Nemo Marine. At the same time, Clytie van Gogh also shows herself on board, claiming to be the stray Servant named Van Gogh.
Battle after battle ensues, we continue our journey, following the map created by Xiang Yu. We also summoned more Servants along the way, such as Raikou, Frankenstein, and Lambda. At the same time, we also form a bond with Clytie, and secretly discover her true identity, but decide to keep it a secret because any emotional stimulation can increase her ascend, and it could increase the likelihood of her being controlled.
Entering the last layer of the sea, we encounter a very strong enemy fleet blocking their way. In such dire situations, Gogh's suicidal urge grows stronger, prompting Clytie to injure herself. However, it didn't end well, and her blood turned into a monster, putting everyone on board at risk.
We defeated all the monsters and treated Clytie. However, with concerns about Clytie heating up, Nemo starts a scene, demanding that Clytie be locked up or dumped from the ship. Xiang Yu, who originally calculated everything would end at this point, woke up from his sleep and immediately defeated all of the Nemo Marine. Except for one, Nemo Marine who is Hokusai in disguise. Now that her identity was exposed, she revealed everything she knew, from how she was summoned here and how she wanted everyone to live in the Imaginary Room for at least 200 years, so that she could continue drawing however she pleased. We certainly can't stay still that long, deciding to fight. But in the middle of the battle, Clytie appeared and introduced herself to Hokusai, of course as Van Gogh. However, as a painter, Hokusai knew very well that Clytie was not Vincent Van Gogh, because his image was undoubtedly a man. Lambda immediately knocked Hokusai out from behind, rendering him immobile.
However, Nemo Marine awakens and reveals Clytie's name. With the secret exposed, Clytie switched to her highest ascend. She then said goodbye to us and went outside, apparently convinced of suicide.
In LB5, Nautilus and Shadow Border combined with the powers of Hephaestus Klironomia and Triton to form Storm Border, which we later used up to Olympus.
Due to Sion's Memory Partition ability, Nemo is able to divide his skills into alternate selves to properly manage his ship. They consist of:
1. Nemo Bakery
Acting as head chef. Nemo runs the cafeteria (bakery) that the battleships badly need. Because food can maintain troop morale, this Nemo is ultimately the strongest.
2. Nemo Engine
"Unbelievably rude, short temper, quickly throws a wrench."
Stubborn chief technicians who take great pride in the engine room they manage. They were strict with the people in the engine room, the most dangerous place on the ship.
Because they also have the rank of Captain because "Captain is me", they really thought they could replace Captain if they made a mistake.
Not only Nemo who loves people the most, but Nemo who loves Nautilus the most.
3. Nemo Marine
Is the most numerous of the alternative versions of Nemo. There are about 12 people (12 full-time employees, maximum 24 employees). All of them have the same personality and appearance.
They are the task force on board the ship, responsible for cleaning, handling, maintenance, and all kinds of other work. From a personality point of view, they are single-minded and cheerful, don't hate anyone (can still feel their dislike), and are resolute to shout out and give their all in an emergency.
4. Nemo Nurse
Nemo who acts to provide care to the injured members. Responsible for the treatment room.
Nemo is the most mature, specializing in broad thinking and reasoning. In an emergency, they carry out their duties with calm, cool mindset, and professional skills.
5. Nemo Professor
Nemo who acts by planning strategies, analyzing situations, researching, etc.

For NP gain, the best chain is AQAEx. With NP charge at 0.59%, skill 3 level 10, Quick up 11% of passive, assume neither crit nor overkill, so:
Arts + Quick + Arts + Extra
= 10.86% + 4.72% + 19.35% + 4.72%
= 39.65%
Even though the base is small, the hit-count is high, and it really helps. By the way, if you are in the Waterside or Void Space area, it will be:
Arts + Quick + Arts + Extra
= 12.27% + 4.72% + 22.18% + 4.72%
= 43.89%
He can also be NPAA, so:
NP + Arts + Arts + Extra
= 6.37% + 15.1% + 19.35% + 4.72%
= 45.55%
If at Waterside or Void Space,
NP + Arts + Arts + Extra
= 7.43% + 17.23% + 22.18% + 4.72%
= 51.57%
For stargen, his best chain is BBQEx. With a stargen of 8.9%, Quick up 11% from passive, assuming neither crit nor overkill, so:
Buster + Buster + Quick + Extra
= 56.7% + 71.7% + 626.1% + 435.6%
= (0 star and 56.7% for 1 star) + (0 star and 71.7% for 1 star) + (6 star and 26.1% for 7 star) + (4 star and 35.6% for 5 star)

Nurse: "Internal stations locked down."
Bakery: "I wonder if they'll like pudding ~"
All: "YES!"
Nemo: "Captain Nemo does not ignore those who rough up the seas. Forward! Great Ram - Nautilus! "
Great Ram Nautilus is Captain Nemo's Noble Phantasm. The submarine Nautilus changes its main form, making use of the large ram it mounts to attack the enemy. No matter how big the enemy (be it a large squid or a large battleship), the ram will not waver. Thus, peppered with a unique belief, this NP will break through all of them.
While it is possible to use it anywhere without water (on land, in the air), its accuracy, as well as its strength, are greatly enhanced when sailing on water, or when submerged. Rare Noble Phantasm which increases the parameters in the Waterside area.
For damage calculations, we first collect data. With a stat at 12427 at level 90 (already 1000 Fou), NP1 900%, NP dmg up + 12% up from skill 1 level 10, Arts up 20% from skill 3 level 10, divinity 200, 1x base multiplier, so:
OC 100% = 38,230,2
OC 300% = 41,687.49
OC 500% = 45,144.78
Against Super Large enemy + OC 100% = 57,245.3
Against Super Large enemy + OC 300% = 62,431.23
Against Super Large enemy + OC 500% = 67,617.17
Waterside / Void Space field + OC 100% = 61.999.07
Waterside / Void Space field + OC 300% = 66,752.85
Waterside / Void Space field + OC 500% = 71,506.62
Waterside / Void Space Field + Against Super Large enemy + OC 100% = 92,898.61
Waterside / Void Space Field + Against Super Large enemy + OC 300% = 100.029.27
Waterside / Void Space Field + Against Super Large enemy + OC 500% = 107,159.93
His normal damage was at the lower rank of ST Rider, but if the special effect was hit, he could head straight to the top.
ACTIVE SKILL
1. Voyager of the Storm
Rank: C ++
Effect: Increases party's NP damage (12% at level 10) for 1 turn + Increases party's attack (12% at level 10) for 1 turn + Further increases party's attack (20% at level 10) on Waterside or Void Space Battlefield for 3 turns.
Cooldown: 7/6/5
Captain's special skills. While not strictly applicable to Triton, Nemo has a well-known ship and some "sailing through the storm in a ship's chaos" experience, so his skills rank lower than other Servants who are fellow ship captains. However, the parameters are greatly increased if Nemo is on Waterside.
For gameplay, this skill increases the damage output in both normal and NP attacks. Normally it's only for 1 turn, but if you are in Waterside / Void Space, you can get additional atk ups and make 3 turns as well.
2. Indomitable
Rank: B +
Effect: Grants self-Guts status (revives 3000 HP at level 10) for 1 time, 5 turns + Charges own NP gauge (30% at level 10) + Grants self On-Guts-Activate buff for 1 time, 5 turns.
(If HP runs out and guts are active, fill up the NP gauge (50% at level 10))
Cooldown: 9/8/7
Nemo's Heroic Spirit Spirituality, he believes, is manifested through this skill. This is Battle Continuation and NP gain, giving the added advantage to the Guts process. The captain, when he's in trouble, burns the flames of resistance.
For gameplay, this skill makes it durable, it also fills the NP charge so that it can immediately get NP when given an NP starter. If he died and the guts were active, his NP gauge would fill up with a large amount.
3. Journey's Guidance
Rank: C ++
Effect: Increases party's Arts performance (20% at level 10) for 3 turns + Further increases party's Arts performance (20% at level 10) on Waterside or Void Space Battlefield for 3 turns + Gains critical stars (15 star at level 10)
Cooldown: 7/6/5
Property to guide the hero, belongs to Triton who previously guided Argo. Triton protects their hopes and dreams that aim towards the invisible lands and impossible worlds.
This fits very well with Da Vinci's thinking, "striving to cross borders and towards a better world."
In addition, at Waterside, the efficiency of this Skill increased.
For gameplay, this skill makes it an Arts support. You saw it right, again we got Arts support from the Rider class. Even so, Nemo is still better off because he can also function as a damager, like Ryouma, rather than Boudica.
PASSIVE SKILL
1. Riding
Rank: A +
Effect: Increases own quick performance by 11%.
Probably because of the Nautilus.
2. Divinity
Rank: A.
Effect: Increases own damage by 200.
Triton is the Greek God of the Sea and the son of Poseidon. A mermaid boy who grew up loved by the gods of the sea.
3. Sea God's Protection
Rank: B
Effect: Increases own critical damage of Arts Cards by 10% + Reduces own damage taken by 500 on Waterside or Void Space Battlefield.
There is no explanation yet.

Lore:
This is the thing taken by you after a test run of the new Nautilus.
The warship gained a purpose to fight, the sailors abounded in the adventure of their heart's desire, the Captain made an acquaintance with a lone Master.
The character of a fictional novel and the young of a Sea God that only existed in a corner of legends.
What born from those two is not a Heroic Spirit but a Phantom Spirit, and honestly speaking, I didn't have much in terms of the confidence to work as the Captain nor the enthusiasm to save the world.
However, I wanted to go on a voyage.
I wanted to go on an adventure that would make my heart fire up.
You can say that the one who longed for a person of faith who is also obstinate, enigmatic, and frightening is not just the readers.
The reason this kind of half-hearted Phantom Spirit became interested in "that" is because I had found a master who is even more half-hearted, unreliable, and can't help but being a bother to everyone than me.
An adventure would give everyone equal trial and growth. We realized that fact in this summoning.
The warship gained a purpose to fight, the sailors abounded in the adventure of their heart's desire, the Captain made an acquaintance with a lone Master.
This is the commemorative photo of that time.
A glorious memory of the set sail that remains in my heart, even now.
For as long as this memory exists, Captain Nemo will continue to defend your journey until the very end.

Advantages
Many additional effects while in Waterside / Void Space
NP gain is good
Nice and even stats
Many hit-counts
Disadvantages
It takes several conditions to be met so that you are not less competitive with other ST Riders, including the freebie
Less stargen
Conclusion
Nemo is strong when his condition is met, but he is very dependent on that condition, which of course cannot be present in every battle, making him quite bad among the Gold Riders.
