For NP gain, the best chain is AQAEx. With NP charge atk 0.83%, quick up 8% of passive skill, assuming no crit or overkill, he produces:
Art + Quick + Art + Extra
= 6.64% + 6.5238% + 11.62% + 8.3%
= 33.0838%
He can also do Arts Brave Chain with NPAAEx, from NP there is Arts up 30%, so:
NP + Art + Art + Extra
= 4.067% + 11.371%% + 14.608% + 8.3%
= 38.346%
Even though the NP gain is normal, considering that he is a critter, the gain of NP gain can be supported.
For stargen, the best chain is BBQEx. With a 10% stargen, quick up 8% of passive skill, assuming no crit or overkill it will be:
Buster + Buster + Quick + Extra
= 80% + 100% + 613.2% + 550%
= (0 stars and 80% for 1 star) + (1 star) + (6 stars and 13.2% for 7 stars) + (5 stars and 50% for 6 stars)
= 12~15 stars
If QBBEx becomes:
Quick + Buster + Buster + Extra
= 349.2% + 180% + 200% + 650%
= (3 stars and 49.2% for 4 stars) + (1 star and 80% for 2 stars) + (2 stars) + (6 stars and 50% for 7 stars)
= 12~15 stars
It's not his role to be a starmaker, after all, his skills also give stars
I will also calculate crit dmg (with BAB), indeed he can't Buster Brave Chain, but he has a Crit-oriented skillset. We collect data first. His attack stats at level 80 are 10949 (already 1000 Fou), crit dmg up 50% in skill 3, base multiplier 1x, so:
Busters + Art + Busters
= 15109.62 + 12843.18 + 19642.51
It's not really, but with a crazy second skill, he becomes a crit monster that sucks up all the stars. Especially if in the previous turn we were already NP, then we get extra damage of 1000~3000 depending on the OC.
NOBLE PHANTASM
1. Arondight Overload - Breaking All Restraints, Overloaded Light of the Lake
Rank: A
Type: Arts
Hit-Counts: 1
Range: 1~50
Maximum number of targets: 500 people
Effect: Grants self Arts Up by 30% (1 turn) + Deals damage to a single target (NP1 900%)
Overcharge Effect: Debuff enemy with Increased Damage Received (1000~3000 depending on OC) for 5 turns.
"Oath to my King!"
"Reaching the very end, beyond the boundaries. King on the other side, look at this light!"
"Arondight - Overloaded!!"
—Saber
This is the NP of Lancelot in FGO. Lancelot overloaded (Mana Overload) on Arondight, allowing the charged Mana to leak out, then refocused into an attack. This NP was something more akin to a sword skill, one that he deliberately held back from emitting Mana like a beam, then released it to slash at the target. The blue light of magic energy overflowing from the slashed part seemed like the light of a lake.
Because that wasn't how it was actually handled, Lancelot himself was under a heavy load when using it. In FGO, it is used as a Noble Phantasm towards a single target, but for its primary use, it is a Noble Phantasm meant to be used against opposing troops. In Extella Link, Berserker Lancelot made use of this attack method.
Now to the NP damage calculation section, let's collect data first. His attack stats at level 80 are 10949 (already 1000 Fou), NP1 multiplier 900%, Arts up 30% of NP, base multiplier 1x, he generates NP damage of 29,463.76.
ACTIVE SKILLS
1.Knight of the Lake
Rank: A
Effect: Charges own NP gauge by 30% + Gain Critical Stars (20 at level 10)
Cooldowns: 8/7/6
Obtained from his story as a Knight of the Lake. For gameplay, this skill is not bad because it fills NP as well as gives stars, also because his skills are crit-oriented, so it's good.
2. Eternal Arms Mastership
Rating: A+
Effect: Increases own critical star absorption (6000% at level 10) for 3 turns.
Cooldowns: 7/6/5
In terms of gameplay, this skill clearly indicates that he is a monster, imagine trying 6000% (star absorb is around 6000 crazy), that means he will suck out almost all the stars! "I'll take it out, I'll get it", I think that's the right quote for this skill, he has the skill to give a star, with this skill it is harvested again, it's a star.
3. Knight of Owner - A Knight Does Not Die with Empty Hands
Rating: A++
Effect: Gain Critical Stars (15 stars/turn at level 10) for 3 turns + Increase Critical Damage (50% at level 10) for 3 turns.
Cooldowns: 8/7/6
The explanation is in the Berserker version. For gameplay, this skill is useful for crit dmg, and also the synergy between gain star + skill 2 makes it easy for him to crit
PASSIVE SKILLS
1. Magic Resistance
Rank: B
Effect: Increases unit's resistance to debuffs by 17.5%.
Cancels spells with a chant under three verses. Even if it is targeted by High Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for them to be affected.
2. Riding
Rank: B
Effect: Increases own Quick card performance by 8%.
Most vehicles and animals can be driven with above-average skill, even if they didn't exist when they were alive. However, one couldn't ride a Phantasmal Species like a Monstrous Beast.
CE suggestion
- 2030
- Bond CE him
-Dive to Blue
- Formalcraft
-Another Ending
-Divine Banquet
-Knight Dignity/Knight Pride
- Etc. (any CE for Arts up, crit dmg up)
Servant party Suggestion
- Merlins
- Wavers
- Hans
- Mozart
- Helena
- Tamae
- Etc. (any art support and crit would be great)
Advantages
- All his skills are crit-oriented
- Normal CDs
- There is already a skill to give your own star
Disadvantage
- Less competitive than Rama when it comes to crit dmg
- Just normal NP damage
Conclusion
This daddy is really consistent when it comes to crit, has 2 skills that give stars, and there is a skill to suck up those stars which makes him consistent as a monster. Just lacking crit and dmg. Btw, with NPAAEx if crit is also not bad.
