She's been resting since I saved her. When she first came out it was like she came out of a traumatizing endless nightmare, the fear plastered on her face was enough to enrage me. But soon after she fell back asleep.

She sat in an empty space, unsure what was going on..... because I was reckless and couldn't do a simple job...one my father had done thousands of times, but yet here I am selfish enough to set foot in her presence begging for help... abominable perhaps ..

"You stand by her side as if you know the seekers right hand?." The doctor said as I raised my eyebrows.

"Right hand?." I replied.

"She's....my best friend, I'm an old friend of  giva-...the seeker?"I said as she nodded.

"We all have old friends....but sometimes it's best to let them go...for there sake."she said to me as tension filled the room "better safe than sorry".

"And who are you?."I asked as she sighed.

"Matilda. If you weren't so blinded maybe you would know." she said as I raised my brows.

Did I know her?. Maybe....

Then she sent a smile my way as she clicked a metal object on her chest. As it read the name "Matilda".

And at that she left.

I couldn't shake the odd feeling that I got from her....like she knew more than she lead on.

"L... lavuiet?"I heard a strained croaked voice as I looked down and seen light hazel eyes staring at me...ones that I hadn't seen for centuries...

Ra....your awake....I'm  sorry I never meant for you to get hurt....I didn't know she was going to do that.

She seemed a little unhinged scared even.

She knew something we didn't...and I feel it to be catastrophic of nothing were to be done about the situation

"It's ....its fine...." She said inhaling deeply  trying to focus

"she's the one who deserves death.... she's a monster. I don't know why, but she's turned on the entire family.

"So should I alert the council.?" I asked as she shook her head.

"No because then the council will know that your alive..... if they think you are immortal then your as good as gone."she said as I was confused

"Why would they try to kill me if they think i cant die?." I asked as she bit her lip.

"You don't know what I know, my family.....there evil, they will try and find everyway to kill you no matter what. A severed head always ends everything." She said as I nodded.

She was right...and counting that I'm not actually immortal alerting them was a big risk to take.

"So what do we do then ladora?, is she just untouchable?. Are we just out of options?. Is this our fate?."I asked.

"I don't know yet, but when she strikes it's coming hard. But that doesn't mean give up..no.....that means fight harder... I believe your still here for a reason vi. So we can at least make the most of it."she spoke.

"Well all I know is that she's building an army.... Im guessing she's going to war with your family soon." I said understanding bits and pieces now.

"An army??....made up of who?."she asked.

"Seemed to be soldiers of goblins, but I don't think she's going to stop there....that's not enough to take out the whole council." I said as she furrowed her brows.

"Unless she's not aiming for the council... who else knows your still alive?." She asked as I tried to think  "only the two of you and ....my grandfather, why?."I asked.

"He may have told the council....about you still being alive which means...

She's building an army for you..." She said as it all started to click.

damnit I should have known not to go there....I got our family slaughter for goodness sake.

"We will just have to creat alies to defeat her and your family." I said as she had a grim look but nodded.
