Morgana led Violet to a very large room with twelve chairs placed as a circle.


The seats were already filled with people and Violet felt very intimidated. 


At one of the chairs was Jack, looking at her with enigmatic eyes. Violet felt a cold in her spine.


Morgana took the only empty seat and left Violet alone in the middle of the circle, like a criminal being judged. Which she was.


Jack got up on his feet and started talking. 


“We all know why we are gathered here, so I’ll skip the introductions. This woman was caught with a dagger from the Diamond Pack on her and everything indicates that she came here to kill me.” 


That made sense to Violet now. So he discovered that she was from the Diamond Pack because of her dagger. She knew the object was in his possession, but how could he tell that it was from the Diamond Pack? What gave it away?
