“Honestly, I still think we’re going to face a lot. Gwen is clearly not someone that has experience with being an Alpha. If she listens to the wrong people, the Diamond Pack could fall into the wrong hands again.”


“I haven’t thought about that.” Violet confessed.


“Yeah, well… Apparently, there were a lot of people working for Arden for years. He wasn’t a lone wolf. If he really bribed all these people from other packs, we have no idea what he’s capable of.”


“What do you mean? What do you think it could happen?”


“We don’t know where Arden is. If he really has people by his side, he could be hidden somewhere. He could plan to come back. I don’t know.” Jack said taking another sip from the wine.
