Chapter 1

"Mista! Number 3 stole my bread again!" A small voice bawled, looking at its user.

"Give me that!"

"Miiiiissttaaaa!" Number 5 began to weep. Its cry was loud enough for Giorno and Narancia to flinch.

Mista sighed, it wasn't the first time his stand would snatch others food eventhough there were plenty more.

"Oii number 3, stop making number 5 cry." He sweatdropped as he took another piece of bread and feed his sex pistols.

Mista had to make sure they have their meal, or else his stand would lose their strength to fight. So he would always feed them first before he starts his mission.

He cocked his head towards his right, seeing a blonde who had been standing for an hour. "Mista, we should really get going." He said, looking through the binoculars.

Giorno had been very wary of his surroundings. He wouldn't want the enemies to ambush while they were waiting for Mista's stand to fill themselves up. It couldn't be help since sex pistols were born like that. But they really should move, Giorno believed. He had a bad feeling.

"We wouldn't want to keep Bucciarati waiting." He added.

Narancia on the other hand was keeping tracks of his radar. His stand was to detect any carbon dioxide aka breathing from humans.

Mista shifted his gaze towards the ravenette, hands were still feeding sex pistols, "How was it?"

"Nah, nothing came out."

Giorno was very concerned, his instinct told him otherwise. But he didn't doubt Narancia's stand. "Still nothing?"

Narancia focused his eyes on the radar again, "Hmm.. Nope, nothing."

It was strange. Giorno didn't want to doubt Narancia's stand because it was usually accurate. But he sensed something. No, he felt someone watching him. He quickly touched his shoulder- his birthmark on impulse. What was that thing he was feeling? He didn't like it one bit.

"I'm done." Mista interrupted as he inspected his revolver, making sure the bullets were filled. He landed his eyes on Giorno and thought that he might've had a deja vu, except for Narancia.

Giorno put his binoculars away and nodded, "Let's go." He said as he took the lead.

"W-wait!" Narancia suddenly shouted, "My radar caught something that way!" He pointed his finger to where Giorno was standing. But it was so clear to them no one was there except for Giorno.

"It's only Giorno."

"No.. There are two people! Giorno run!"

That was when Giorno realised, he was too late. It was like a lightning struck, Giorno just disappeared.

"GIORNO!"

Giorno opened his eyes slowly. His eyelids continued to flutter as he tried to adjust to the bright light entering his sight.

His head thumped and his body hurt.

He scanned his surroundings, it was unfamiliar. The ceiling was white and it looked a bit run down. The fan seemed to make a loud noise- he wished it would stop because it made his head throbbing.

"Oh my, you've awaken!" Came a lady in her early 40s. She had an apron on and her hair was tied in a bun, hiding her black hair. She had a few wrinkles on her forehead but nevertheless, she was a beautiful woman.

"Have a drink." She poured a glass of clear water and handed it to Giorno which he gladly took to be polite.

"Where am I?" Giorno asked in a low voice as he took a sip of the drink.

"You're in Tokyo."

"Tokyo?"

"You don't seem to come from here. Are you a tourist by any chance?" She smiled as her head was tilted a little.

It was shocking to hear it. When did he travel here? He believed he was in Italy with Mista and Naranci- ....

With who again? What was he doing? Was it a job? He couldn't remember.

"What's your name?" The woman asked again, the smile on her face didn't falter.

Giorno's eyes widened. He realised he had forgotten what he was doing or why was he in Japan. But he was lucky he remembered his name. "Giorno.. Giorno Giovanna."

"I see. I'm Misaka Akashi, nice to meet you."

It was silence for a moment before Giorno decide to break it, "Umm, why.. am I here?"

"Ah, I found you unconscious at the alleyway when I was returning home from errands. I was very surprised to see a boy laying flat on the ground!" She frowned, "I asked for help from a few people there and they brought you to my house, which is the nearest stop." She chuckled. "But you seemed to be okay now."

".. Right." That didn't explain anything, he thought.

"You're really good at speaking Japanese."

"Oh.. Right." Giorno gave her a gentle smile, "I was born here."

"No wonder!"

How many times was it? He could feel someone watching him from behind. But when he turned around, no one was there. It has been two days since he was under Misaka's care.

He was grateful that he remembered his name and about himself. Not so much, but it was forgivable. What he was afraid of was that forgetting the people he knew or any relatives, his goal, or even his phone number and what he was doing in Japan.

The only thing he remembered was about himself. He couldn't recognise the people he had ever associated with. He wondered why. The only clue was a picture in his wallet.

Once again, he tried to take a look at the man. He had the same star birthmark as him. Was he a parent to him? He wasn't so sure.

Misaka who listened to his situation offered that he was free to stay there. But of course, Giorno didn't tell her that he was amnesiac. He asked her for a temporary stay before he could contact his family in Italy. It was a lie but he had no choice. Exposing his current condition might bring the worst outcome because he didn't want to burden her and if he had an enemy, he wouldn't want them to know.

So here he was, taking a stroll around the area. He liked the sight of the living- flowers, trees, frogs and butterflies. It was just something he loves to see to calm his mind.

Giorno then saw a pair of male students and another male student who seemed younger than them. It seemed like they were about to make him cry as they snatched the boy's wallet away and took his money before returning the empty wallet.

Giorno disliked the view. As if was an instinct, he released his Golden Experience and went closer to the two males. He was lucky when he was able to touch the money on their hands, it was immediately turned to frogs.

The both of them were so surprised and confused. The next thing they knew, the money was gone.

Giorno walked towards the victim. He handed him his money and the boy was obviously grateful. When he turned around, he released his grip and there was some coin in it. "Thank you too." He said as he walked away.

It was morning so no wonder there were students walking to school. And not to mention the school was only a stone away from Misaka's house.

Giorno didn't want to admit it but the whole time he was walking around, he knew something was actually calling him here. It wasn't an exact voice but rather, his blood.

As if it wasn't a coincidence, he suddenly bumped into a man wearing long coat- school uniform. A glance to his face showed that he was a delinquent.

"Sorry." He said before offering his hand to Giorno who had fell on the ground. "Yare yare daze (Good grief)."
