Chapter 6

Moody blues, even with its special ability to repeat time like an accurate recorder, didn't really reveal how Giorno just magically disappeared.

Bucciarati frowned, something was odd.

"Maybe he really died?" Mista shrugged his shoulders, shifting his eyes from the scene towards Abacchio.

"I hate to admit it but Giorno's alive. He always does the unexpected." Abacchio responded, his eyebrows furrowed. His words were firm, because he truly believes in Giorno, despite the treatment he always gives to the man.

Mista smirked, agreeing. He never meant what he said earlier though.

Bucciarati got up and spun around, "Narancia, how is it going on your end?"

"No enemy spotted."

"I guess i have no choice. Sticky finger!"

Bucciarati's not going to give up, he'll find Giorno. Eventhough being in mafia taught people to prioritize duty, he's different. He always does things his own way and this time, he'll save his friend. Because he believed in Giorno's words.

"Stay back. I'm aiming for the ground. Abacchio, use moody blues around the area, find the enemy."

Bucciarati clenched his fist, "Here goes nothing." He muttered.

.

.

"Bucciarati, i have a dream and i believe it's just. I'll do whatever it takes to accomplish it so i won't die just yet."

"Hmm.. Yeah, do it. Don't be like me. I don't have much time.. so Giorno, don't concern yourself with me. Take over the passione."

Giorno bit his lips as he watched how Bucciarati's finger started to deteriorate.

"I will."

Giorno stared at the ceiling, long and devastated. "Bucciarati?"

He seated himself up and rubbed his temple, another headache. Sweat ran down his back eventhough the weather was cold,

"What? Where am i?"

Giorno scanned his surroundings. "That's right, i got into Passione. And the team.. I have to--"

"Giorno? Wake up! Breakfast is ready."

"..."

Giorno turned his head towards the door, the voice was so loud and clear. It was Misaka's motherly voice.

His eyes widened, his headache gone.

"Eh?

..What was i doing?"

"Giorno?"

"Right, i'll be right there in a moment!" He shouted a little, just so Misaka could hear him.

Giorno sighed, what happened to him? It was as if he was frozen in a daze. Whatever it was, he couldn't remember.

He got up and made his way to the dining room.

Seeing how breakfast was already served, his stomach growled. His eyes landed on Misaka's back, "Mrs. Misaka, i'll go take a breather outside later."

"Alright. Ah, actually i want to make some pudding today, but we ran out of eggs."

"It's alright, i'll get it for you."

"You're a sweet child aren't you? Thank you, Giorno."

A smile made its way to the blonde's face, "I'll get ready."

"Hurry up, before breakfast got cold!"

"Alright."

Giorno has been feeling uneasy ever since the accident.

Worrying is normal but no, it wasn't that. First, he felt like someone was watching, he believed it was related to the person, Dio.

And second, he would get a bad headache right after he wakes up everyday. He had dreams, but he couldn't remember any of them.

It was as if he had stayed with a sleep paralysis, except with temporary memory loss.

Dreams are usually forgotten, it's normal because that is how brain works.

However, in this case, it's not just dreams that he forgets. It's the moment right after waking up every morning. Even if it's for half an hour, he'll forget.

It's futile to remember. He tried.

Something is wrong with him, someone is messing with his memories.

Someone..

"!!!"

"Watch where you're walking." The man sighed.

It was really Giorno's fault for not focusing.

"Sorry, i was loss in my own thoughts-"

Giorno's eyes widened, he didn't expect to see the man. His hat was what made him easy to be recognized.

"Hmm? It's you again. Yare yare daze."

"JOJO!!" A swarm of ladies in a school uniform surrounded the man. What a deja vu.

And it was the same as last time, Jotaro was obviously annoyed, his attempt to make the girls go away failed as usual. Giorno who noticed his irritation, decided to step in.

With a gentle smile on his face, he spoke in a soft voice, "Ladies, can you give me a moment to speak to him? We have some business to talk."

His interruption made them all fall into silence, eyes on him and they immediately fell for him afterwards.

"Thanks."

"No problem, that was for bumping into you. Then, excuse me." Just as Giorno was about to walk away, he was stopped by Jotaro. For some reason, he got a bad feeling.

"Wait."

"Yes?" Giorno turned around. When he did, he was greeted with a glare from Jotaro. His bad feeling was right after all.

"You know Dio don't you?"

Being a liar wasn't a problem for Giorno, but he didn't know if he really should lie to Jotaro. There was no reason, just his instinct told him so.

Both Jotaro and Giorno knew deep inside, that the other person isn't a bad guy. And most important, they knew somehow, they'll meet again.

Giorno sweatdropped, "To be honest, i'm not sure either."

"What do you mean?"

"When we meet again, let's talk." Giorno walked away again. "But, i hope you don't mention that name again. Or people will misunderstood."

Glancing to the left and right whilst holding the small note in his hand- the address to Joseph's house. Giorno made his way safely in front of a big gate. He peeked inside, what came to his view was a normal traditional japanese house. He once lived in Japan, but he never went to a house like this. He doubted a foreigner would stay in this place, but then again, Joseph was only visiting. He double checked the address, just to make sure he wasn't lost until he was called by a feminine voice.

"Yes? Are you searching for someone?"

"Ah, yes."

"I'm Giorno. Is this Mr. Joseph's house?"

"You must be the student he was talking about! He told me a lot, like how you admired him so much! Come in, he's in the back."

Giorno's eyebrows raised in confusion, 'What did Joseph even told this woman?'

A sigh escaped his mouth as he entered the compound, following the middle aged woman.

"By the way, i'm Holly Kujo, Joseph is my father and i'm Jotaro's mother," She claimed as she grin sheepishly.

Eventhough she said that, Giorno was clueless about who Jotaro is. He listened to her long talk about how Joseph had long known Giorno and how he actually taught the young man about English, based on what Jospeh told her- which was slightly, no actually all of them are made up, Giorno wondered why Joseph had to tell such ridiculous lies.

"Giorno, i've been waiting for you!"

"Hello, Mr. Joseph. How have you been?"

"I'm fine, considering no one's stealing my wallet today." He laughed, seemigly proud of getting back at Giorno.

"Ah, right. There's something i have to tell you."

"Hmm?"
