Haunting Memories
After the battle, Percy walked down the paved path with bruises and welts all about his body. Percy's arms felt like warm noodles, his legs wobbling and his jaw stinging with pain. You can hear the heaviness of his breathing as his vision began to blur, Percy drops to a knee trying to catch his breath but just can't. A few minutes past Percy was then able to catch his breath.
"Using my bloodlust takes way too much out of me" Percy huffed
The feeling of pain intensified in his lower jaw, it felt like a six-inch spike was stuck there
"Freaking hell this hurts " Percy winced, "Those guys were stronger than I thought" he admitted
Percy looked around to make sure nobody was following him. As he made sure he was safe, he let out a sigh of relief. The weapons of his defeated enemies were in capsule form to this point. He took one of the capsules watching it intrigued by the design and technology.
"Where jokes like them get weapons like these...strange" Percy pondered
Percy heard footsteps approaching him from behind him, he quickly tucked the capsule away. The footsteps approached him faster and faster until he faced a late-night jogger.
"Kid are you okay?..your bruised up and bleeding?" he asked
Percy let out another sigh of relief and he answered
"I could use some help getting home actually" Percy struggled
"Okay, where do you live?" The jogger asked

Adrie sat in the room wondering about Percy, she sat down thinking about the expression he had on his face while talking to her. The pain that was displayed on his face was upsetting to her. Suddenly there was a sudden knock on the door.
"Adrie can I come in" A sweet voice called out
"Yeah mom you can" Adrie answered
In walked a thirty-year-old woman with dark skin with her hair in a long pink ponytail. This was Sarah Ohrime Adrie's mom, she looks surprisingly young for her age. She looked in her early twenties more than thirty which throws off people a lot.
"Hey, Adrie was Percy with you?" She asked
"Yeah why" Adrie responded
Sarah looks visibly hurt because she took care of Percy when his parents went out on business. When Percy's father was killed and the mother went missing she tried to take custody but the court did not allow it for some reason.
"Why doesn't he come to visit once in a while" Sarah upset
"Don't worry mom he'll come when he's ready" Adrie assured her
"He'll come" Sarah smiling
Sarah's smile slowly fades away as she thinks about what happened in middle school. The whole building collapsed on itself almost everyone died in that accident. Tears started to form as she thought about this then she watches her daughter and immediately perked up.
"Well, are you okay?" Sarah asked
"I am, just worried about Percy," Adrie said
"How come?" Sarah enquired
"This part-time job is stressing him out," Adrie told her
"Interesting, well just look out for him ok," Sarah said
"Yeah mom" Adrie tiredly
"I could see you are tired, get your rest okay" Sarah smiled
Adrie's mom left the room and closed the door behind her. Adrie was left in her room by herself looking at the stars outside hoping that Percy made it home safely.

Percy was now the jogger's car driving over to his house, he was still getting intense pain from wounds. Sounds of him grunting and wheezing in pain are unsettling to the jogger. Thoughts of taking him to a doctor crossed his mind many times but Percy was adamant he be taken home.
"Kid you sure you don't want to go to the hospital," He asked
"Yeah it's better this way" Percy winced
They drove for another five minutes in absolute silence until they came upon Percy's house. He lived in a suburban house there's nothing special about it. This was the same house he lived in since childhood. Even though he had many good memories of this place it's overwritten by memories of his dad dying. Percy gathers up all his strength to get out of the car, he got out and thanked the jogger then went inside the house. Percy started to look for any signs that someone was in his house, thankfully there were none. Percy grabbed the first aid kit and then tended to his wounds afterwards he made his to the couch.
"Damn I need to stop playing with my enemies," Percy said
Percy's consciousness began to fade away after a few minutes.

Percy opened his eyes and to his surprise, he was in class. Confusion swarmed Percy because he was just on his couch. Percy frantically looked around trying to figure out what was going on.
"What the hell is going on," Percy said
"PERCY!!!!!!!!!!" A female voice screeched
Percy looked to the front, he saw his middle school teacher Mrs Allan.A tall woman with pale skin and straight hair. Percy remembered her not that he wanted to, this woman made Percy's school life a living hell.
"Cursing in my class," Mrs Allan said
Percy started to fumble his words in the spur of the moment
"I..I..I," Percy said
"Shut up your annoying me now" She snapped
All the children in the class started to laugh….wait children, Percy finally took notice that all the kids were in middle school. Then he realized he was in a middle schooler's body. Percy started trembling then he started to breathe heavily soon he started to hyperventilate. The sounds of laughter started getting louder and louder.
"Shut up, shut up, shut up," Percy said
"You're telling your teacher to shut up detention for you" Mrs Allan
"Mrs Allan not again please don't...not...not...not again ple...ple...please" Percy trembled
"Shut it you're getting punished" Mrs Allan
Tears started to form in his eyes then started to cry, begging for her to spare him. Mrs Allen walked briskly towards him and then slapped him viciously across the face.
"For that outburst, you are going to punish even more," Mrs Allen said
Percy stops crying after the slap and reality finally sets in, Mrs Allan is going to punish him. Percy looks up and he was in a destroyed hallway with wires hanging from the ceiling. Percy began walking through the halls looking for other people, step by step the smell of air grew foul. He walked down the hall until come upon a horrifying sight. What he saw were the dead bodies of middle school children lining the hallway. Sounds of something swinging from above, Percy hears this and looks up he sees his classmates' dead bodies hung.
"No No No," Percy said
Percy's arms grew heavier and heavier; it felt his hand body in his arms. The weight seemed too accurate so he look at his arms to see Adrie's body scared and burnt with lacerations around her neck.
"Adrie now please no, I need you don't die to please" Percy Pleaded
After awoke with a start, he was still on his couch and he had fallen asleep. Percy sat up still shaken up by his dream.
"That day still haunts me," Percy said, "I almost lost her that day"
"You okay bro?" Andy asked, "Percy!"
Percy got up and looked at Andy
"Yeah I'm good" Percy answered
"If you say so," said Andy, "I came to warn you"
Percy looked at him confused
"Wait how you got in here?" Percy asked
"I got a key, anyway" Andy responded
"You got what?" Percy asked
"Rita is in this country," Andy said
"Baxter" Percy added
"Yes" Andy confirmed
Andy explained the situation to Percy leaving out bits and pieces of information. Percy also told him what happened earlier that night as well.
"So who could want you dead," Andy said
Percy squinted at Andy
"Are you serious right now?" Percy said
"Okay...Okay, but who sent Pandora after you?" Andy asked
"Let's find out shall we," Percy said
Percy took out one of the capsules and then used his technokinesis to read the capsule
"That is strange," Percy said. "These are from Reo Industries"
"That makes no sense why would he want to kill you," Reo said
"Don't know, it could be I cock blocked him?" Percy said
"You what," Andy said
Percy wondered why Nagumo wanted him dead, all he did was stop him from recruiting Adrie. None of this made sense to him unless he needed Adrie for something important.
"I need to confirm these are from Reo Industries," Percy said
"Okay then, keep in the loop," Andy said
"Nagumo Reo you bastard what's your angle," Percy thought

At the parking garage of Nagumo, Industries Emily was on the phone with some. There was none else in the garage at the time
"Yes ma'am" She responded, "I won't kill him even though he's annoying I have to go before he cries," Emily said
In his office, Nagumo was frantically looking through files and pacing back and forth.
"Emily get in here" Nagumo called out
"Yes sir" Emily answered
"Where are the weapons?" Nagumo asked
"I gave it to the assassins we hired for field testing" She answered
"Okay that's fine so they brought them back right?" he asked
"They dyed so no" Emily said
"WHAT, you retrieved them right?" Nagumo asked
"That's also a no" Emily said
"Fine track them down then," Nagumo said
"We can't do that either trackers down as well" Emily answered
"The fuck" Nagumo, "HOW HOW"
"I don't know sir" Emily nonchalantly
"If I could, I would---" Nagumo said
"Would what?"
Nagumo recognized the voice, he looked to the left of him there was Rita Baxter. She sat on the sofa wearing a fox kabuki mask that covered her face, she was wearing a black crop top with a leather jacket along with a leather shirt that had a slit up the right side and also black heeled boots.
"Nothing. Nothing at all" Nagumo answered
"My boss says it's either weapons or the girl so I guess you know what to do now," Rita said
"Yes ma'am" Nagumo complied
Rita got up to leave but before she left, she looked at Nagumo and said
"Yo bitch boy be nicer to your assistant okay"
Then she left the room and began to go down the hall
"Well that's taken care of," She thought

Percy was standing in front of Reo Industries looking to use his ability while hidden.
"This whole building is made out of nanites huh," Percy said, "Interesting"
Percy pours started to raise because he was sensing something. Immediately started looking around for someone, then he saw someone standing at the front entrance watching him and the thing he noticed was their hair. The right side was shaved and the rest swept to the left. She had on a fox kabuki mask and looking directly at him, Percy knew who this was.
"Rita Baxter," He said
"Percy Nakamura" Rita answered
