Lacking Truth

"Come with me Mazoku. It's time you knew what demons have derived from and some answers you've been seeking for. Even ones about me. Daichi you may follow him yet the answer's given will not be as significant to you as it is to him." He said walking off ominously to the corridor leaving the destroyed room and changing into his normal form as Daichi smiled nodding.

"I guess story time can be fun. Would like a hot drink to come with it?" She jokingly asked him turning to Mazoku until her face turned fully red as she looked back at the half-nude boy.

"I- I'll leave you to dress up and go now..." She ran off quickly leaving the broken Mazoku all alone and after a minute of staring blankly onto the broken roof and then slowly stood up, getting a kimono under the rubble and began wearing it.

"Well let's find out the truth." He muttered to himself. "Yes... Let us..." A shadowy voice stirred in the room so faint that he didn't hear it. Light shone down to the path he walked on but then the clouds formed together blocking the clouds and honing a dark behemoth on the path.

"Well then it's about time you told me everything I need of you." Demanded Mazoku."First things, what is your name because I don't believe you're fit enough to be a teacher or to be called one..."

He sighed and said "Call me Akio... and I hope now you will respect me more Mazoku because by your name a shouldn't. Quite a dark name for a mother to choose for her child."

"My family history is quite blurry. I may have known some in my past but after becoming a demon most of my memories are gone. I would've lost everything until that moment where I was freed in a battle. Of course later I battled this person... I think Akari?"

Daichi let out a yelp while Akio for the first time has a pale face. His fear transformed his darker skin to mimic his silver hair. "You survived against him. Akari!?"

"Yes? He wasn't that difficult. I would've killed him if the samurais haven't arrived. Of course, he may have been unready for our battle but I wouldn't have a reaction such as yours. Especially from someone (though I say halfheartedly) as strong as you."

Aiko put his hands covered on his face and muffled out, "You don't understand who you fought against... Haruto Akari is unstoppable. Don't you understand me? He has not been defeated by any demon and the countless lives he took from them have made the numbers drop like flies. You would've been dead in minutes if you didn't escape from him.

"His unpresented skills have been said to come from a god and I might believe it. If you thought I was strong then you should've seen me fight him. I only survived through because I cleared out like a coward. When meeting an unyielding force like Akari, even the strongest surrender and quake in defeat towards him."

Ankoku's face was just blank and responded back to the warning speech filled with caution and trepidation with, "Ok."

"Get serious!" Daichi replied slapping him on the back of the head.

"What on earth was that for!?" He shouted at her and she gritted her teeth saying

"Don't you understand that Akari is the real thing?"

"Well maybe he is but the Akari I fought against is a joke compared to him." He began to make a forced laugh in an attempt to cheer up the scene until he received another slap from Daichi to the face this time, leaving everyone except him laughing at his misfortune.

Meanwhile, Rei was being carried by the two siblings. "He's pretty heavy you know..."

"That's because you're a weakling Elliot." replied Aldrif. He then opened his eyes shoving them past as he grabbed his sword ready to take off until he fell down with Aldrif kicking his legs.

"What are you planning, sir?" She said with sarcasm. "You've destroyed your body so much that I can hardly believe your determination to fight on."

He grabbed her shoulder as he stood up, her face turning a light shade of red that it was nearly unseen.

"You see my scar. It's deeper than pain. It's my honor and justice being tarnished. If I don't destroy my enemy then I will not quit. I will fight on." He muttered pointing at the strike across his face.

She pushed him away firmly. "You're truly a lost cause. Well then, Akari? Who is this enemy you need to destroy so much? An army?"

"No just one man- now a demon. Ankoku Mazoku, the monstrous threat to our kingdom." He replied looking at the dark sky his gaze unbreaking.
