Haruto walked past the field of flowers as he trailed through it lost in his mind. He ventured through, holding his katana on him while he felt the petals brush on his hands. He watched the sun beam down on his face; he looked at it with a smile forming on his face. He reached out with his hands to grasp the radiant glimmer and as he closed his palm, he felt something in it. He then, with hesitance, slowly opened his palm to find a ring within it.
"What is this?" He asked with total confusion, inspecting the ring.
"Are you really that dense?" Giggled a female voice.
He looked to his side to find a woman with black hair smiling towards him. The woman held the ring off his palm waving it at him. Haruto blinked again not understanding what she means.
"I can't believe you still understand what this means," She chuckled more and stated, "Well then. I guess I'll have to explain it to you instead then. Haruto Akari, will you marry me?"
"M-Mizuki... is this you?" He asked shocked and realisation sinking on him.
"What are you talking about? It is me Haruto. Are you alright? I guess you can't deal with this if you're uncomfortable now..." Mizuki replied, sympathetically.
"No no no... I understand. I'm fine it's just I don't understand where I am truly though."
"Are you sure? We're at your hut..."
The scene transformed from the field of flowers under his feet into polished wooden planks. The walls of wood began forming around them as he watched in awe.
"This is... this is real. I'm back at my home... You- You're here with me. This- this is real!"
"Of course it is darling. You're acting quite peculiar. Have you been drinking? I thought you were different than your brother-"
"I'm not Haru. And I'm not drunk. It's just this is a little strange to come back to..."
"Oh, I guess it's a no then?" She said crestfallen closing her palm with the ring in it.
"No no... Mizuki Ishikawa. It'll be an honour to be your bride. Yes, I'd love to marry you..." Haruto declared embracing her.
"Haruto..." She said emotionally tears dripping down her face, "I love yo-"
Before she can finish the sentence, everything disappeared. The particles around him began being erased as he held Mizuki dearly brushing through her hair and the splinters began to slip off and off into nothing until Mizuki began to erase into shreds into the wind and as he held her wavy hair, it began to transform into fragments flowing in the wind, leaving Haruto alone and his hand stretched out, feeling the cold breeze.
He sat down on the grass, feeling the wind flowing across his hands as hope extinguished like a flame and flowed out with the wind from Haruto's body. His eyes were cold and callous while his damned soul cracked into shards dropping to the floor with a couple of tears plummeting to the grass.
"Was this your doing? He interrogated with animosity towards his shoulder which, strangely, had nothing near him. He looked with total anger and whispered, "Reveal yourself now and don't hide like a coward. Are you a diety or a foolish mouse? I suggest you do it or I'll never use your abilities and call off this war!"
"Do you truly think I would believe you doing a heinous act that would harm you in such a way..." A faint voice expressed with a glimmering sound.
"You don't understand what I can do... After I just saw that... Now act like the diety you are and don't hide in the shadows..."
"Very well." Complied the diety as a brilliant and glaring ball of gleam appeared orbiting around him until a trail of light followed it and strains of light began forming within it. Veins were shaped around as transparent skin too was created.
Wings were moulded in a celestial form as they spanned over the field, looming above him and making Haruto seem like a minor insignificance in front of the wings. A spiritual skull appeared before him with a ghastly look while he stared it in the eye until translucent and flaxen skin began forming around it.
"I guess you've done it then..." Haruto remarked looking at the celestial and higher dragon rising above him and staring down upon him. The creature had intricate golden scales trailing across with illuminating colours embroidered onto it.
The dragon landed near him and gazed straight into his eyes. They were like diamonds glimmering like a star. There were multiple dissimilar and vibrant lights formed like shards within it.
"Very well then. What is it you seek now, Akari?" The diety proclaimed with annoyance and briskly towards her.
"Did you do it Thiena? Was this you!?" Haruto with total vexation in his voice. He raged on walking closer as the deity watched him and she stayed her ground.
"No, I have not. I have no knowledge of what you speak on now make haste Haruto with whatever you're speaking on. If you are speaking on your strange and mindless movements then I don't understand why you're blaming me for your insanity."
"No why did I see all of this!? If it wasn't you playing mind tricks then who was it!?" He yelled at it with fury blaring in his hands as he took his katana.
"Well it's an enemy that is off my radar, they're unable to be adhered to by my mental scans in any way. That is after all impossible and therefore there is no such mortal who can defy a diety, even a diety itself. What is happening is you're losing yourself to the past. You need to leave it away or you will not be fit to lead a war of this magnitude... Clear your mind of things that tear you down anything that will cause you to live in such a pitiful way..."
Haruto nodded to himself watching the sun as he saw the silhouette of his son facing another person.
"I hope he doesn't make my mistakes... I really am pitiful..." He muttered laying down on the grass and closing his eyes.
He then thought to himself on something he said to Mizuki, "Who's Haru?"

"Rei!" Saori said running towards Rei after finding him. She sat near him while he began sharpening a rock with his blade.
"You're going to ruin that blade doing that..." She remarked trying to take it off him.
"I'll do what I want Saori. This is just spending some time out of the castle. And some time away from my father..." Rei argued back at her with a calmed voice.
"Well, I guess so... Will you fight in the war then because I'm going to the north with the other factions..."
"Maybe or maybe not... I can't trust my father and my damned family..." He muttered and then jumped, grabbing Saori with him as a sword was swung to the place they stood on before.
"Maniac..." Rei muttered getting up wielding the katana.
"NO! You are a traitor! I, Rai Akari will prove I'm the better one!"
