Chapter 44: FAST

The 5th Demon General, Yao Xin, is an arrogant person and he holds pride in his axe that can break mountains with just one smash.

And because Yao Xin is a demon general, there is no way that he would be weak and Chiyou knows that the demon soldiers he fought against were strong.

Not that strong but they have some hidden skills that can do a huge amount of damage

Thus he also took his sword with him, but this time, he only has two swords with him.

One is a simple sword, which will surely break against an axe in terms of durability or toughness, and the other one is a sword that he don't like to use much

Still, he took the other sword, the one with dragon design on its pommel and the whole sword is covered in red sheathe with golden dragon designs on its sheath.

Theia is also interested in seeing this dragon sword as she did try to use the sword when she was gathering information about Chiyou but she failed.

in the arena-

The general is wearing his armour on his body and Chiyou is on his simple dress, this may seem like a little bit favouring the demon general Yao Xin but then again, this is the underworld, Don't expect any fair fight.

"COME!" Yao Xin shouted and the battle begins

*Whoosh*

Both, Chiyou and Yao Xin disappeared and then appeared in front of each other as they both swing their weapon.

But Chiyou has not removed his sword sheathe as he don't think it will be necessary

*BOOM*

The ground cracks and the air goes wild,

"You are good kid" Yao Xin said with a smile as he put pressure on his axe and pushed himself at Chiyou

Chiyou is surprised by the first contact, it seems like he underestimated his opponent as the first contact was enough to tell him that Yao Xin is really strong, stronger than those demon soldiers who became one from ten.

Chiyou dont want any type of strength test type battle, so he shifted on side of his sword downward, making the axe and weight of Yao Xin go down

He quickly moved backward of Yao Xin to make some move, but Yao Xin is fast and he easily turned around him.

"Take this!" Yao Xin shouted as he jumped up in the air, rotating his heavy body with his giant axe and coming down at Chiyou with all pressure

*BOOOOM*

Chiyou jumped back as soon as Yao Xin's axe came near him as he knows that it's dangerous and a small mistake will end his life.

It's an underworld, so it won't be a big surprise if someone dies in front of everyone's eye.

Yao Xin waved his hand and cleared all dust, he looked at Chiyou and asked "has your father only taught you running away?

Don't have the guts to come and attack like a true demon?"

To everyone, Chiyou and Theia look like a demon thanks to their horn and so it is expected that Yao Xin will think Chiyou as a demon.

And Chiyou is okay with it, but why pull his family in it.

Chiyou is now angry as he dont know why people start bringing family members in two peoples battle

He is angry now.

The air around Chiyou change as he took a deep breath and his tail stopped wagging

*SWISH*

"!!!!!!"

No one blinked, Yao Xin's head got cut in an instant by Chiyou and everyone is stunned

*WHOOSH*

"Now now, this i was unexpected" Yao Xin said as he appeared jumping back from Chiyou

It seems like Chiyou attacked the after image of Yao Xin

And that one contact had made people stunned of their spots as the attack happened way too fast

The people sitting in the building, high up, and Theia are the only people who were able to see the movements of Chiyou

Except for them, to all other people, it was an instant

"Kid, tell me your name" Yao Xin asked as he thought that Chiyou would be a good soldier for him

"Sorry, i have no desire in becoming a soldier of anyone" Chiyou said as he looked at Yao Xin, holding his sword grip tightly

"hehhee, well you do deserve to have such arrogance but kid... the world is too big and you are just a small ant.

Let me teach you some manners" Yao Xin said with a smile and in the next moment, he disappeared from his spot

*WHOOOO*

The wind goes crazy as Yao Xin swings his Axe at the throat of Chiyou, but Chiyou has long gone from there, and right now he is coming from above

*BAAAANG*

The ground cracked a little

"Not so strong, huh?" Yao Xin asked with a smile as he blocked the kick with his axe's shaft

and then with full strength, throw him back

But Chiyou used his tail to grab the shaft of Yao Xin's axe and pull himself back again, landing a kick on the face of Yao Xin

*BANG!*

The kick landed clearly at the face of Yao Xin, but...

The upper body of Yao Xin rotated backwards but he didn't fall, rather with his sheer strength, Yao Xin pulled his head and his upper body back to its initial position.

Chiyou jumps away from Yao Xin as he sensed some bloodthirst from him

"KID, i thought i would go easy on you but i guess you really do want to die.

Alright, if you do wish for such a thing, then....

DIE!!!!"

*BOOOOM*

The battle is no longer a proper battle, it has now become a death battle where Yao Xin lost himself to his anger

"JUST STAY IN ONE PLACE!!!!!" Yao Xin shouted as he swings his Axe wildly at Chiyou

Chiyou is able to avoid all attacks so far, but things are getting dangerous now as the speed of Yao Xin is getting faster and his strength is also increasing

"Tch... Guess i should kill you"
