The moment Theia gets close to Chiyou, her whole body changes its shape and soon she turns into hundreds and thousands of small ice butterfly that went straight after Chiyou.

All of this is happening in a very small time, within a second or two and Chiyou is able to create the whole image of how things are going around him as if he is seeing things with his own eyes.
