The whole Drakos family except for Kayden and Irene were present at the meeting, they both were occupied with their duties outside of the city's capital.
Allen was now standing behind Atlas and Octavian who looked extremely busy with the preparations as they flipped through guest lists. The king and the queen could be seen getting comfortable on their thrones.
While Allen inspected the interior of the ballroom, he didn't realized that he too, was being inspected by the servants of the palace. They were all rather shocked to see the fourth prince alive and well after his disappearance 3 years ago.
However, something set the servants on edge as they became cautious around Allen. During the last ball where the Drakos announced the newest addition to the royal family, the child was seen as kind-hearted due to his polite smiles and gentle aura.
Even though Allen did try his best to keep a strong and domineering image to fit into the Drakos family image at the last ball, most nobilities had already figured out his act.
However, this time without even Allen trying to fit into the Drakos family, he had a natural intimidating aura without even meaning to. All he had to do is to glance at a object or person and the servants would become alarmed immediately.
Even the sound of Allen's footsteps sends chills down the worker's spine, they all worked in silence as they attempted to not make the Drakos dissatisfied in any way.
"Prince.. Allen, the guests are-arriving, please take-- a sit on your throne." the servant nervously requested as he fidgeted around.
Allen looked at the servant that was now shivering in his boots, looking down on the floor, petrified to make eye contact with him.
Without saying anything, Allen left the area and told his siblings to take their seats after they were down with the checking.
As Allen made his way up the stairs, the king snickered, "You realized right?" he asked.
"Took me a while." Allen admitted, settling in his seat while admiring the large luxurious table infront of him with many fancy chairs around it.
"Don't let the nobilities control your answers." the queen gently reminded with a smile.
Allen nodded awkwardly as he settled down, strangely, he didn't feel nervous at all, his heart beat was calm, his mind was drifting off to different topics, completely neglecting the issue about the present.
Just before Allen waa about to drift off to sleep, he heard mutiple footsteps echoing in the ballroom, he opened his eyes to see a dozen well dressed people who had already settled down in their seats, all looking at him.
Allen shot a glance at Octavian and they both nodded and turned their attention back to the audience at the table.
The king's Chancellor stepped from behind the throne and took a seat beside the king, flipping through the papers and looking at the guests to make sure they all were ready.
"Greetings nobilities and royalties of the Drakos Kingdom." he said politely, making eye contact with the guests.
"We have all gathered on a short notice to acknowledge the revival and presence of Allen Drakos, the fourth prince of Drakos." this sentence made the guest whispered amongst each other while inspecting Allen.
"We believe that the information about his disappearance has been clarified beforehand, punishment for the perpetrator shall be decided by the Drakos themselves." the chancellor said in a strict and clear tone, cleary implying that there were no room for arguments.
However, the nobilities immediately signalled that they want to say something in response to the earlier speech. "Half of us respectfully decline the Drakos decision to settle the punishment." one of the nobility said, infront of him was a sign that had his name.
Duke Igris was agitated by the Drakos wanting to settle such a big matter themselves, hurting a royal family member of their kingdom is a huge crime and everyone ought to have a decision to settle on a punishment.
The king raised his hand and immediately the whispers vanished, "I believe we shall not take a voting on this decision." this sparked anger amongst the crowd.
Allen sighed when he realized that Octavian was glaring at him with a desperate look in his eyes as if asking for help. He sat up straight and raised his hand to calm the agitation.
"I, Allen, believe that I deserve the privilege to decide on the punishment myself." he said, all the nobilities now making an array of confused noises.
Before a nobility on the other side of the table could raised her hand, she was silenced by a glare coming from Atlas. This provide Allen an opportunity to finish his speech.
"As the chancellor already mentioned, there will be no arguments for this decision." Allen said with a cold tone, changing the atmosphere to a more tense one as he glared at the guests, forcing them to agree with the decision that had already been made beforehand.
The nobilities stared at each other and communicated with hand gestures and their eyes before coming to an agreement, turning to the chancellor they nodded, allowing him to continue the meeting.
"Next, there has been riotts in our kingdom due to the aggression we had recieved from the Kruls and it's citizens. Krul's citizens that had resided in our kingdom now is being discriminated." the chancellor addressed.
"The Krul's citizens can be identified by marks of a snake on their back." The chancellor said, flipping through the pages of the stack of paper he was holding. Everybody in the room was fixated on him and deep in thought.
"Any thoughts on this matter?" the chancellor asked, looking up from his paper.
After the end of the discussion that the Drakos didn't participate in, the nobilities ordered anyone that is related to the Kruls to be exiled from the kingdom.
More and more discussions continuously went on, Allen was still lstening in on the conversation but did not participate as he doesn't feel a need to unless it was something more related and directed to him.
The chancellor then noticed that Allen was rather silent throughout the whole meeting, he chuckled when he saw the next topic for the next discussion.
"The earth's councilors new rule to bond the 3 dimensions together include Prince Allen being apart of joining the upper world's best academy, supposedly named Mellifluous Conjuring Academy." the man announced, the other nobilities nodded their head, acknowledging this information.
"Your thoughts, Prince Allen?" one of the nobilities asked with a smile of encouragement.
"I have nothing against it." Allen quietly replied, "I hope to arrive there 3 days earlier than the requested date." he added, the other nobilities said nothing to it and smiled as a reply.
The meeting finally finished with nobilities going up to the Drakos and bowing at them with respect before leaving the palace.
