#17 Grandchildren?

"What would you like to eat, dear?" Susan asked as she handed the menu to Aska and Ishana.

Ishana then accepted the menu book given by Susan.

Unlike Ishana, Aska now directed her gaze toward her mommy and looked at the woman with a gentle eye.

"Emmmm Mom, can Ishana and I eat at another table? I have something I want to talk to Ishana about." Aska said.

Ishana immediately looked at the man confused.

Aska who saw Ishana's confused look just nodded her head briefly, as if to tell Ishana that the girl should follow what Aska said and not argue.

Susan then looked at Abyn and Leni and smiled a little.

"Ohhh sorry, Mommy didn't realize you two need time to talk. Soon you will become a married couple, you must need a lot of time to chat." Susan said.

Aska was silent and did not answer.

She just smiled a little.

"Well, if you want to find your table, it's okay. Mommy, uncle, and aunt will wait here."

"Yes, Mom, Aunt, and Uncle. Aska and Ishana move over there first." Aska said while directing her gaze towards another table in the corner.

The distance between the table Aska was referring to and the table that Susan, Leny, and Abyn were currently occupying was far enough away that it confused Abyn and the others.

"Why is it so far away, Aska? The table at the back is still empty. Why don't you two just go there?" Abyn asked, pointing to the table right behind her.

"Emmm Aska and Ishana want to discuss something important uncle hehe. It's embarrassing to be overheard by others. Aska and Ishana want to become husband and wife soon, so this problem must be discussed from now on so that later after the official marriage, Aska and Ishana will not be awkward anymore." Aska said.

Hearing that, it wasn't just Ishana who was shocked, Susan, Abyn, and Leni were just as shocked as the girl.

Ishana's brain was straightforward to connect with things like this.

"What do you mean, what are you talking about?" Ishana asked in a panicked tone.

"You'll find out later, dear. Aska is right, things like this should be discussed from now on, so you won't be awkward when you want to do it." Leni said while smiling at Abyn and Susan.

"That's right dear, this must be discussed immediately so that later you can quickly give mommy, uncle, and aunt, grandchildren," Susan said.

Hearing the explanation from Susan and Leni, Aska was now even confused by the two people's intentions.

"Huh? What does mommy mean? Why are you even talking about grandchildren?" Aska asked.

"It's all because of you. Why are you so confused now?" Ishana said while looking at Aska with a sardonic gaze.

Aska, who didn't understand anything, was even more confused.

"What does that mean? Why did you even connect what I said earlier with a grandson?"

"Already, already. Now you better move on, Ishana's head is already spinning." Susan said.

"Hemm, okay. Let's go, Ishana," Aska said to Ishana.

Ishana, who heard Aska's words, frowned in confusion.

"Could you tell me why you're telling me to walk first? You can walk ahead right?"

"As a good future husband, I have to wait for my future wife. If I let my future wife walk behind me, what if someone kidnaps her? I won't have a future wife anymore," Aska said while playing with her eyes.

"Hey, watch your talk. You don't just talk. No need to be over the top." Ishana said.

"Already dear, don't get angry. Come on." Aska said and then grabbed Ishana's hand and held it gently.

Ishana was immediately shocked and wanted to pull her hand away, but Aska's grip was too firm for Ishana to let go of Aska's grip.

Abyn, Leni, and Susan who saw the behavior of the two just smiled at each other.

The three looked at Aska and Ishana who were now walking towards the other table.

"Finally we're going to be in-laws soon, I didn't expect that our plan to set them up all this time would happen," Susan said.

"Me too, all this time I was afraid that Ishana would reject this match. But it turns out she does want to, even though she initially refused, but I'm sure she will be able to accept all this over time." Leni said.

"We can only pray for their happiness. Hopefully, our choice is not wrong and they will live happily." Abyn said which was returned with a nod by Susan and Leni simultaneously.

Meanwhile, at another table, Aska and Ishana were now silent.

The two people did not dare to start a conversation since they ordered food until their food was served at the table.

While Ishana was busy with her food, Aska suddenly started to open the conversation between them.

"Sorry," Aska said suddenly.

Ishana, who was confused by the meaning of Aska's words, could only furrow her brow.

"Sorry for what?" Ishana asked.

"Emmmm, I know you don't accept and agree with this marriage, I do too. But Mommy insisted on setting us up, so I apologize to you."

Ishana nodded her head briefly.

"You don't need to apologize, because my uncle and aunt also forced us to get married, right?" Ishana replied.

"But Ishana, before this goes any further, I just want to tell you something I have a girlfriend. I love her very much and I can't leave her no matter what." Aska said softly.

The man was only focused on his food, he did not dare to look at Ishana.

Ishana, who had been busy using her spoon, then placed the spoon on her plate.

"You don't need to worry, I won't force you to separate from your boyfriend Aska. After all, this is just a temporary marriage, after a few years, we can get a divorce and tell them that we are not compatible at all and that our household cannot be maintained anymore. After we can live our own lives, you go back to your boyfriend and I will live my own life." Ishana said.

Aska lifted her head and looked closely at Ishana.

"Are you okay with me having a relationship with another girl after we get married?" Asked Aska for confirmation.

"It's fine, as long as you also promise not to interfere in my personal affairs. For example, if I get close to someone later, you can't question that either."

"Okay, I agree," Aska said.

"Later I will make a letter of our prenuptial agreement and we have to sign there."

"Is it necessary to make such a letter?"

"It's necessary, it's as a guarantee later."

"Fine, whatever you want," Aska said and returned to eating the food in front of her, as did Ishana.

Now both of them were focused on their food and it was quiet again.
