Why did my paw turn into that slime?

Did I not become a normal cat, did I turn into another type of creature?

But it might be a good trump card to use for hunting, but I should first see if I can use it on command

But first, I should have breakfast

So I head to the river where I was yesterday. Once we arrive, I stay hidden for a couple of minutes to make sure no one is there, and then I go to drink.

After drinking, I try the same strategy as yesterday, hiding behind a bush, and waiting for the prey.

After half an hour, finally, I see an animal approaching, but seeing that it is a black wolf. Seeing him approach the river, I freeze, and try not to make any noise

I see him, as he starts drinking, but then abruptly turns his head in my direction

I start running away to the beach when I see him approaching my bush.

As I run towards the beach, at my maximum speed, I occasionally glance behind me, and I can see the wolf starting to catch up.

So instead of avoiding the tree in front of me, I try to jump and climb. But once I reach three meters in height, I feel something is wrong, so I look down and see the wolf, trying to chew my tail

I wait on the tree, until I'm sure it won't return, and I reach for what's left of my tail, which replenishes immediately.

After that, I think it's best to try to control these powers a little, and then try to hunt, so I have a better chance.

I head for the beach, there will be fewer animals, and I will have more space to try these new powers

After about ten minutes, I finally reach the beach and look around, both to see if there are other animals, and to find a suitable place, with some stones.

But I can't find any stones, but not very far from me, I see some coconuts.

So I head towards them, to start my training

First I should be able to turn any part of my body, on command, into a slime. So I try my right paw first, but I can't immediately.

In fact, it takes me an hour to be able to understand the trick, but once it's done, I can also do it with the rest of my body.

Now I have to try to change its shape, so, my right paw, turns into slime, while I try to make it into a hand, which stretches towards a coconut, trying to lift it.

Needless to say, the first attempt went quite badly, but I have time to improve.

So, after two hours of trying to lift the coconut, I finally succeeded, but then, I notice that the coconut that I used in training, looks strange, I get closer, and I see that the outside looks like corroded, in fact it resembles the shape of a hand.

Is the slime corrosive?

I think about it for a couple of minutes, but then decide to try, so I completely wrap the coconut in the slime, and keep my eyes open for what I see. The coconut, inside the slime, disintegrates visibly.

Also I don't feel hungry anymore, how is that possible ?! What the hell happened to me ?!

Is it possible that I can also feed myself in this way, can I also eat stones?!? Oh God no !!

I have to resign myself now this is me, I just have to get used to it

So, I decide to go to the river, to drink, but when I enter the forest, I already feel something wrong, it seems to me that someone is watching me, and I don't like this feeling at all.

I try to look around, but I can't see anything, so I decide to continue on my way, but still continuing to look around every now and then.

Once I get to the river, while I am about to drink, I hear a noise behind me, I look around, and behind me I see again that black wolf, who tried to eat me a short time ago.

I see it charging towards me, and I decide to dodge the blow, because I don't want to end up in the water, because earlier during training, I tried to go close to the sea, but once touched, I felt very tired.

Is it because I'm a cat?!?

Well, this is not the time to think about it, because now I am not able to escape, from this distance, if I try, it will be able to catch me before I can jump into a tree.

I just have to fight, but what can a cat do against a wolf!?!

But as I think about my unpromising future, the wolf continues with his charge.

Seeing him arrive, I decide to do something, so I turn my tail in the mud, and when he is about twenty centimeters from me I turn the mud around his mouth, like a muzzle, and with my muddy limbs I also tie his legs making him fall to the ground.

Once blocked, I don't know what I should do, I can't let it go, but I can't even wait, and keep it that way forever, but then, I get an idea.

"If you want to eat me, you must also expect the opposite" I say, even though I think he only heard meow

I start wrapping his body completely in the slime, and I see him squirm as he gets absorbed by my slime. (/ A / No animals were mistreated while writing this fanfic)

After about twenty seconds, the wolf, like his body, is no longer with us.

Fortunately it worked

But then I discover that something is wrong, so I approach the river again, to see my reflection

But I don't see a reflection of a cat, but this time it's a blue-furred wolf

What is happening!??!? I do not understand anything anymore!!??
