"JJ. Need any help?" Carina called out for Julian, who seem to not hear her since he was too busy focusing on the material he was holding with both hands. She eyed the instrument he was holding. "Is that a test tube?" She asked, her expression kind of confused. 


Her eyes immediately roamed around the room, that was Huxley's basement. She observed how the room wasn't dim anymore. Different instruments were surrounding them. It looked like a little science laboratory with a library on the side, instead of the usual dusty storage room filled with the hoarded antiques and books of Lilith and Huxley's parents. 


"Yes." Travis, who was observing beside Julian, was the one who answered her. "He wanted to do a fire bomb instead of a wired bomb." He explained, before writing down something in his little notebook, also with a serious expression on his face. 


Carina raised one brow. "What does that mean?" She asked, quietly observing the two men's expressions.
