The year is 2020. Richard Anders, a 26-year-old psychologist in Los Angeles, fresh out of graduate school begins to deal with a tough patient, a young woman who has a great deal of trauma, and his colleague, a 32-year-old woman who is already a celebrated psychologist. All the while a turn of events, being infected by a female “Demon.” In Tokyo Japan, Sara Takimoto and her friends are in their senior year of high school. Already dealing with her best friend, Hina, revealing to her that she will not be joining her at U.L.C.A in the fall, witnesses a bus driver accidentally running over and killing a Demon. Finding out that he had killed a human being in the same fashion years prior leaves Sara conflicted. And in Lima Peru, Fiorella Sanchez, a 22-year-old single mother of fraternal twins is visited by the son of a rich man that her mother was involved with. Searching for the truth behind the Demons, Fiorella discovers that she herself is not as human as she has believed herself to be.

2020 will forever be known as the year of the Demon.

 Darkness has taken over the Amazon as the only light is from a burner that Cristiano is using to cook. He went fishing and was able to catch some armored catfish for dinner. If I were in the mood, I would be excited as the food actually smells good. Though, I find it hard to be happy since I am a dinner guest against my own will. 


“Dinner is coming up.” Cristiano announced. 


 I keep silent as I watch him. Cristiano looks at me with a bit of concern before he goes back to tend to the food. He is also boiling some white rice as he checks it to see if it is good enough to be served. Watching help, I feel a strong sense of loneliness coming from him. Make sense, with the amount of obsession that this guy has in him, there is no room for a girlfriend. Not that anyone would 


want anything to do with him in the first place. 


“You know, it’s beautiful out here.” Cristiano started. “There is something so romantic about being out in nature. Sleeping under the stars.”
