“How do you do?” Braelyn said, inclining her head towards the man. He was shorter than Nikolas, with silver hair and very light green eyes, he seemed older than she initially thought, perhaps near seventy, but he still looked determined and full of life.
“I be fine, girl.” He growled at her. “You fight before?” He asked her.
“No, Sir, I have never fought before, not with a sword.”
“Then you pay ‘tention and listen good, you hear.” He growled again.
“Yes sir.” Nikolas stood and walked to Braelyn’s side.
“He will be strict, and he doesn’t have the most pleasant demeanor. But he is the best, and you need to learn fast sweetheart.” He whispered into her ear.
“Yes Daddy.” She said smiling at him.
“I will take Nova inside and give her some lunch, the two of you will train here for today.” Nikolas said this louder so Agi could hear.
“Thank you for training me Mr. Agi.” She told him.
“None of Mr. Agi stuff, you call me Agi and that it.”
