Rich Girl, Poor Guy¿?

I saw the secretary to my HOD whose name was miss Karen, angrily urging me to come inside the office...I hurriedly locked my car and went to the office... Getting there, I greeted her and I saw two other girls who were eyeing me from head to toe and they started whispering amongst themselves meanwhile the secretary called my attention... 


 Miss Karen: "You took your sweet time to park your car even when you saw me calling you and also...Didn't I tell you and your aunt to wait outside the other day so you can collect your documents...but you just left, I called your name severally but got no answer and i even waited in the office even until past my closing time if you'd eventually come but you didn't... or did you expect me to bring them to your house for you...Why do you rich people like showing off.. Acting all high, mighty and bratty..And don't even say sorry because it wont help your situation...she finished talking and looked at me expecting a response...While I stood there dumbfounded not knowing how to reply.. 


 "That's how they act.. One of the girls said..." "They think they own the world..The other added 


 and then asked if my parents didn't train me well or whether my dad didn't discipline me enough... 


 That was all it took for all the tears I was holding back to come out... 


 Crying, I managed to talk..."I'm trying okay, that day we had to leave in a hurry because the weather wasn't looking too good and we didn't come with any umbrella...And please don't talk about my dad...I said 


 They weren't even sorry...instead miss Karen told me to come back when she's less busy... 


 " Thank you...I said and before I walked out she called me back 


 Miss Karen: The rest room is on the far end of your left...While one of the girls said, she's a crybaby too...it must be because of all the pampering she got from her Mom and dad... 


 Feeling my tears starting to build up, I excused myself and left the office, closing the door behind me...i walked with my head down so people won't see my teary face...nobody paid attention to me until i bumped into someone and had to raise my head up...Seeing him, I just stared....
