Illegitimate?

Jason and Genevieve were in the car on their way to the Monaco castle, it was a bit too late to return Genevieve to Amise or the terminal.

The car was silent, but the atmosphere was a bit tense, they were both on their phone.

“I have a prime suspect on who was behind the explosion.” Genevieve started but Jason interrupted her.

“It was King Franklin of Zaldar. I just got evidence.” Jason’s expression darkened and he made a call.

“Destroy the Zaldar connection to the spy network in Monaco and give him an almost impossible problem for him to solve. It seems he’s too less busy.” Jason instructed over the phone.

Genevieve looked at him in shock.

“You knew about the spy network?”

“Do you really think I won’t know about the spy network if you found out about it in less than eight hours of investigation? You underestimate me.” Jason gasped and faked a heart break.

“I run that network.” He said very seriously and then turned his attention to his phone.
